xfinity is terrible i am 60 days in with no service and no call backs from any comcast executives. Rick Germano SVP of cusotmer service does not "take customer calls" tell me you are kidding me...i have no phone service, no internet, and all 4 cable boxes do not work?
i have had 12 technicians to my home, spoke to over 20 call center supervisors in nashville and knoxville and called corporate in Philly (clearly where no executives work) as their admins answer their calls and emails and they just do not care! i am at a loss as i am trying to work from home a few days a week and comcast will nto let me!
