Comcast sent me, in the mail and online, more than 10 requests to switch my phone service with the "Triple Play". Because I had service already, I was not able to switch with them.
I went online and completed the info and got the deal I wanted. When I called to schedule the service install they would not honor it. Had me on hold for 24 minutes, probably because I had a complaint. Hung up and am pissed off.
My bother and father in law switched away from COMCAST. I am next. F'n dirtbags.
They will spend thousands of dollars to get me to switch but wont honor their promotional price. Good business marketing.
