Comcast in Denver, Colorado - Added charges

I have ghad my account hacked for baseball specials that were charged 200.oo to my account I went into Comcast and they said they fixed it. They did absolutely nothing. I have to pay additional charges for nothing I am retired and limited on funds Comcast also charged me for a bounced check that never ever happened I demonstrated that the charge was not accurate I gave them copies of my abank demonstrating excess funds after their bill was paid and they hit me with an bounced check for $50.00. This company needs a class action suit applied to them This is just WRONG I will not go auto pay bnecause of these issues These young people who work there just look at you like you are a convict. BAD COMPANY

Comcast will omit telling about certain charges on the Phone and you your bill comes and with a big surprize Watch out for deceptive billing .I do not trust this Company and checking into other services in Denver They will also keep raising your bill and tell it was Some promotion. All they do when you go to their store is tell you the price plus tax, but when you get your BILLING Statement, it includes FEES that they didn't tell you about, and when you Complain, they tell you that is the NORMAL CHARGE.

I am continually having a problem with someone going into my account and making unauthorized changes then getting billed for the changes. I contact the customer service and they give me all kinds of excuses then promise things like free HBO for life and reductions in my bill for my trouble and then next month it is all screwed up again and there is no record of what the previous representative promised. I try to get resolutions and am constantly being lied to and given false promises and then no one is ever accountable. My bill has gone from a two year package of $89.00 a month to $133.00 a month. I am offered free services and then the following month I am charges for the Services that were supposed to be given to me for free. I had an original contract that included free HBO for the length of the contract and then after three months I was charged for the HBO.. I have it in writing and when I went to the office that person no longer works there and the contract is not honored. The most recent problem is with the Web page and the TV listings which no longer exists because some *** thinks that It should only be for watching on a computer...I no longer can set preferences, choose my favorites or acces My Channels. I can no longer change the tv with my laptop and when I go to the listings page it freezes my browser and takes forever to load the listings. I click on the tv icon and it brings up Live tv that only allows viewing from my laptop. the watch on tv option is no longer available. The person Responsible for screwing up the web page should be fired and sent to collect used diapers somewhere because he or she has not improved the experience in any way...JUST SCREWED IT UP! It is clear that Comcast has no interest in giving their customers a user friendly experience and I will eat my shorts if anyone responds to this complaint with any meaningful response....COMCAST....YOU PEOPLE SUCK!

Comcast in Denver, Colorado - Most Shady Company in the World

Comcast is the worst business in this world. Don't EVER do business with them. We got their internet service (only because barely any other services are available in our area)... I was dreading it but we needed the internet. We set it up ourselves and it worked fine for the first 2 weeks. All the sudden it stopped working for no reason. We called someone to come out here and they didn't tell us it would cost a dime. After waiting a week for them to send someone out, my boyfriend waited at home all day from the 8am-11pm timeframe they gave us. They showed up an hour after; he obviously was out running errands after sitting all day waiting for them. We had to call to reschedule. Another 5 days went by before they could someone out for a second time. They ended up fixing the internet.... However they screwed up our TV (DirectTV who is awesome!) and WE had to end up paying DirectTV to come out here to fix what Comcast screwed up. We cancelled our service with Comcast before our month was even up and I was told by not one, but two different (surprisingly nice and helpful) customer service representatives that they were sorry for our trouble, "it sounds terrible" and that we wouldn't be charged anything for the service. What a joke. They ended up sending us to collections for $94.76. My boyfriend paid it so it wouldn't hurt his credit. I called and spoke with Comcast and THE RUDEST person was "helping me" and told me that it "didn't matter what the other people had told me and this is the way it is." Now looking through the bill I'm also seeing some *** "Failed CHSI Sik" charge for $99.99. ... Which would mean what, exactly, Comcast?? The most ***, shady company in the industry. We hate them so much that we literally would rather not have the internet at all than work with Comcast. And in this day in age you can imagine how tough that is. But I refuse to give that miserable place another penny. Don't ever do business with them. The only reason they are still in business is because there are not many other options out there. Just remember Comcast, Karma is a ***. Can't wait to see you slowly fail. Sorry for the rant but I'm pissed.

Customer service reps are very polite, especially considering all the complaints they must receive. These poor people have to deal with all the problems that Comcast sets up for them. It's amazing how my bill keeps creeping up. Your contract will go up and up. You will pay 10$ a month to rent a modem that you can buy for 90$, and one person tells me to just buy it: the next says they will charge me for a service call if I don't rent it from them. Their service is questionable at best, PS if you call when your service goes out they have to discount your bill...... which in my case is at least 4 times a week. I have been a customer for 25 years, and this is the service I receive. Hopefully they will be obsolete soon. I can not wait to cancel my contract.
