My cable has been tiling and going off with an error message. I had one tech work on the problem. It seemed fixed but now is messing up again. I have to wait until another tech comes out. I am getting tired of paying for bad service.
The recorded messages on calling service are not user friendly.
The agents at times are very difficult to understand.
I see other people having problems with Comcast and now I know why.
I tried e-mailing Comcast at We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com
but got a return e-mail saying they do not use this e-mail address any longer. Probably because they have so many complaints.
In this day and age, it seems that I should not have to pay for such bad service.
Product or Service Mentioned: Comcast Cable Tv Service.
