I was on with a Comcast rep concerning On-Demand issues we were having and then not two mins after logging off with him from online chat, my Internet goes out! My husband and I had to spend near 2 hours of our night either on the phone (34 mins on hold and never got a human) and then he created a wi-fi hotspot through his cell phone (which will cost us money) so we could get online to talk to someone through on-line chat.
We talked to one person, Alfred, and then got disconnected. The second person we spoke to, Silverio Jr was a complete ***. He barely managed to get us through what we needed to do to get our internet back up, but then when I was typing because i had a few more questions, he ended the chat!
I am really upset about this considering I have been a loyal Comcast Customer for almost 10 years. I want to speak with a member of management or corporate at this point.
