Had Comcast cable installed. Installation was not safe; the cable hung to low and the outside wall installation went across the entrance stairway for someone to trip over.
H. Schmitz call several time over 3 weeks but got the run around saying it was fixed. (which it wasn't) Today a truck backed into the drive and took the cable out. Which now on the driveway.
In calling Comcast I finally got through but they forward me to another number where I waited for 10 minutes and finely go a message this number is no longer in use. I called back and presented my situation again and they said they would have someone call me in a few hours to schedule a fix.
This would not have happened in the first place with appropriate service installation. I own a few other places and it appears that Comcast is subcontracting some of the service out and the installation is of poor quality.
