I am a new resident in a villa in a senior facility - MANSIONS of Gwinnett Park in Lawrenceville, GA. Since the first day I saw the property 2 months ago, Comcast has not returned to bury their cable.
Those in charge say they are dealing with a 3rd party & can do nothing - total BULL. I am the care-giver for a 87 year old who has already tripped over the cord once. How many times must he trip before Comcast and the Mansions deal with this hazard?????
From other online entries, sounds like this is standard operating procedure for Comcast. As far as the Mansions go, the sob story of their hands being tied is far from believable...
