We added digital phone to cable TV & internet services, and in the process, Comcast damaged our computer, causing $360+ additional expense --- it proves that trying to save money costs!!!
Calling Comcast has become part of my daily routine --- no customer service, and no "real" people to care. Still trying to get reimbursed, but to add insult to injury, my bill says "PAST DUE", and Comcast is charging for items not included.
There are NO consumer advocates for a case like this. I wish I had read these complaints (and others posted online) before I ordered service --- a good lesson, but expensive!
