Cable went out on a Sunday afternoon. Called Comcast to report it and a tech came out the next day.

After fooling around in the house for an hour ,I asked him to check the feed to my house. No signal to my house. He said a crew would have to come out and replace the wire to my house. 10 days later, after several calls to Comcast , a tech came out and fixed a broken wire on the telephone pole down the street.

Now I'm being charged $70 for a service call to fix Comcast's defective wiring.

I've tried several times to get the service charge removed but every idiot I talk to at Comcast insists I have to pay $70 service charge because I called and asked Comcast to fix the problem. How am I responsible for the wiring thats not even on my property?

I didn't like: Management avoids resolving issues, Bogus repair charges.
