Called to pay off my bill. I changed provider.

They could not find any information on my account. They searched by name, address, phone and SS still could not find my account. They promised me since they could not find account information they would note that this will not go to collections. Guess what its now in collections.

I tried to call them. Since I have no information in system I had to go through sales new customer. They only way to speak to a human. Well after three hours and hung on twice I didnt resolve anything!

They even transfer me to the collections! I was a fired from Comcast for accidentally hanging up on a technician. I feel hanging up on a customer is far worse.

I very rude salesman even hung up on me!! Thanks Comcast for your help and hurting my credit!!!!
