I had interupted service after upgrading and could not be fixed over phone u suggested that u send a tech which found the problem to be that device needed to be in middle of house which ur techs put it in that location when we first bought the house and he gave me no help on resolving the problem so I had to take it upon myself to buy the the cable and locate it in the middle of home so I could get service but I've been charged for a 70 dollar service call where they done nothing but I ended up doing the work and providing the materials I expect a full refund from the service charge plus a credit of 20 dollars from lost service from the prior month and 115 dollar credit for materials and time I spent fixing a problem that your techs had no desire or interest in fixing to solve the issues I was having
