received my monthly bill yesterday. Bill increased from $159.33 to $167.11, no additional services added.

Called Comcast about this, found out that they additional equipment to their business, so that was the increase that they charged, and said they have the right to do this because the contract only covers the package price, does not include extra charges to pay for Comcast upgrading their equipment. Just another way for lousy companies to screw their customers and have their customers pay for their new equipment, and what a coincidence it was to have received a e-mail from Comcast apologizing for the inconvenience that they may have caused regarding the inability to access their e-mail, never offering to give a credit to us who had the inconvenience occur. What a Company, fake apology.

Guess what apologies are not helpful, but keep charging us for OUR inconvenience, as long as you are getting richer, who cares about the people that are making you rich. WELL DONE, screw the public.

Product or Service Mentioned: Comcast Bundle.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Preferred solution: let folks that are considering agreeing to pay for the Bundle price know clearly UPFRONT that Comcast has the right to increase prices if Comcast decides to purchase their equipment, that you will have to pay for the increase, yeah that will happen (LOL).
