The short edit addition: I will not pay for Comcast cable services that I did not order"! Seriously!

Comcast is a Luxury"! Not neccesary! For anyone"!

We need more honest , and better services then this. I am disappointed"!

On 03/18/15- I called Comcast Cable Collections, and Spike to a representative. In Texas"!!!

Twice"!! I and both women claimed they worked for Comcast under contract. And that would note on my account all if my down sized concerns. I later called.

To change my Comcast Service account"! Then"!!!??? I spoke to a man in that department that claim, the other reprsenative could change this but only his department can. Well, I explain, that being the government had downsides my account.

In had to down sides. I ask for him turn off all TV cable services by 1/30/15- and send final bill. But only keep on my phone service and internet high speed service. Well, when the 30th of 2015 came in"!

I find a 540.00 bill on line. When I close it. I woke up to Basic Cable with the rest, of package I requested. And now I'm stuck , " paying" on services I can't afford"!

This representative took it upon himself and gave me services that I can't afford. Not even basic television. And it causing me to be sicker then I am. Comcast"!

Has pulled many things since my husband and I returned to them. But this self help service, is a bit much. Hey"! Elliott".

Of Comcast corporation, if you want you, are trainning , credit department, it changing service in there own permission to chose my packages. Then you, it your representatives at going to pay this bill if 549.09 plus the down service, that your representative gave me without permission. I only need digital voice in case of emergencies. And my, internet.

To stay in touch with grandchildren,and family. I told your representatives twice I could not afford the full package. And besides, I don't watch your basic channels programming even with -Xfinity Triple- Play"! If Comcast Cable is going to make my decision in what or who I'm to be entertain by"?

Then Comcast". Should be response able for the Bill"!!!!!!....... I'm exsaulated in calling , and asking for help online"! Why do they have right to give you billing you can't afford"?
