2. Bride asks - "you sure this does not change the bill?"
3. Comcast: "no change"
4. We get an e-mail same-day saying bill goes up $30 per month
5. Call Nadia at Comcast: "Oh, your bill will be the same"
6. Me: "Put that in writing?"
7. Nadia: "Oh, the back end is separate, and we have a notation not to change your bill"
8. Me: "That's bull*&^*%. Change it back!"
