One TV box went bad, called for a new one. It was never shipped but I was charged $15 for shipping on my bill.
10 days later I called to ask where it is. Again they charged $15 and didn't ship it. Called again 4 days later when another tv box went bad. They had no record of the 2 orders.
Sent a technician out to check them. I had to agree to a $60 charge in case it was my fault. The tech replaced 2 bad boxes but I was charged the $60. I called yesterday and the agent said he would remove the charges but he didn't.
I tried calling 4 times today and got only music.
No agent in any department.
I am distressed at the bad agents working there and the $90 charges which they did not remove and I can't get through to billing or anyone there!
The modem went off 4 times in a week as well. Their equipment and customer service is pitiful lately.
