My Mom and I went to Comcast yesterday. June 26th 2018.
She took back her router. The lady started arguing with me & my Mom. Saying we were on a contract??? That we never signed??
When we asked her to make a copy of the contract she said only her supervisor can print it off her computer? SURE?? So she took our phone number & told us a supervisor would be in touch the next day! Well here we are!!!
He never called? This is why I hate Comcast. The Internet is good! But The Customer Service is the worst by far!
Do yourself a big favor! Never do business with these people! because they don't appreciate you?
Only your money! U will see!!
