My account has been suspended with a past due amount of $900 due to failure in their IT department to address the my account app. Issue with auto pay.
I have been a customer since 2011 and somehow I got 3 payments behind and never notified by the app, mail, nor an email and even when I would log into the app it said 0.00 due. Now my service is interupted, I checked my account and they never drafted it and the last four digits of the account number they said i missed two payments from was not my ccount. I am a pissed consumer and thinking about pulling the plug. I paid them 300 and was told i could get 10 day extension to catch up and they turned my service off a second time!
I get tired of telling the same story and they do not read.
I am three months behind because of xfinity faulty app. "Firestick here I come"!
