My Fiance and me signed up for Comcast Xfinity about 2wks ago, and we have yet to be satisfied with the equipment, on time management, customer service and last but not least the INSANELY HIGH bill I recieved just yesterday. On to what Im PISSED OFF about..

We have called and spoke with 2 representatives for the comcast company and immediantly had to ask to speak with a supervisor which to my dismay had no more knowledge than a 2yr old. All I want and need is our password to our newly set up email so I can set up Norton security for our home computer and cause I dont have this 'so called 4 digit pin number' they supposivly set us up with they refuse to let us change our password in order to get into our email. What a crock of ***, this company is horribly set up and I would advise all you that read this to jump on over to 'DISH NETWORK' for a LOWER monthly bill and Im sure smarter than a 5th grader employees.

Thanks for your time out to read this. Aaahhh this helped me release some of my tension :)
