Poor quality

Poor quality looks like most Channels are not keeping up, steaming problems cant watch multiple channels 737, 760, 741, 779 etc

Movie rental issue

dzintra messing i rented a movie .AND CALLED TO CREDIT BACK BUT I WAS TOLD NO.... I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE

Transferring service

I was told I couldn't transfer Comcast to my new address & that their service was not in my new area. I moved 2 blocks from my old place & there is a Comcast box on the building. Landlord said yes, Comcast service is in this area. I'm currently connected to my wifi & have been able to watch movies & listen to pandora, but there's no service in this area....there is an issue with our zip code. So maybe that's the issue. But I don't know because I can't get to a real person with Comcast. Take their automated bs and shove it!

No intetnet or cable

Said going to be here on Mon between 7-9 AM to fix issue only to find out now Wed Dec1st between 4-6 PM!! This was a very incoveince for me because had rearrange my work schedule for this

Device connect to internet

We needed help connecting my sons PC to the Wi-Fi and an agent tried to help but no success. Then we tried one another thing and its all good now.

No service

Doing a restart will know in 10 to 15 minutes if everything went well. It seems this area is having alot of issues lately. My TV fades in and out at times. Please check the area to correct these problems.

Early cancel due to sold home

We had to cancel our Xfinity/Comcast account due to the sale of our home. Because we were not transferring service to another location was charged a $200 early termination fee. We SOLD the home, and cannot transfer services because they DO NOT OFFER IN OUR AREA! This is ridiculous!

Your methods to sign up for HBOMax are beyond stupid!

We attempted to sign up for HBOMax this evening. After an hour of requests for "refresh", hold a minute, go this screen, codes and numerous others we gave up. Certainly there has to be an easier way than jumping through hoops for over an hour!

Cancellation due to death

Was not able to reach anyone. I'll never have comcast in my home. I found out where to go and what to do, about an hour away. Hopefully you got that right. Or you will hear from me again.

Incompetent people

Essentially what happened was my bill was very very high and I went to the Comcast store to try and resolve it after two hours it still wasnt resolved. I have four boxes in my home and the woman behind the counter said that the computer said I have seven boxes. I told her that Id returned those boxes after my house had been struck by lightning which Freid my boxes and TVs and that they shouldve been credited to my account. Furthermore, they didnt have the 4K boxes I need it in stock so they sent them to my house. I asked if there would be any charge for the shipping and she said of course not youve been a customer since 1986!! The wrong boxes arrived. I brought them back to the same store. This time they sent the right boxes. When I got my bill I had shipping charges I had charges for seven boxes and needless to say the bill was very very high! I went back to the same store to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the same incompetent woman waited on me However, in the process she disabled two of the boxes in my home so when I arrived at home my wife told me the two of the TVs werent working! I had to call Comcast and they sent a technician out. He was very capable and saw that two of my four boxes had been disabled by that woman in the store. He wasnt sure why she did it that way. Anyway, he corrected the situation and was also able to reach someone who was able to fix my bill (Im not holding my breath but Ill wait till I get the next bill). In the end I wasted several hours plus having to stay home on a Saturday to wait for the technician who did arrive during the alloted time. Anyway, I probably shouldve changed companies along time ago and had I been a Verizon the cable wouldve been fiber-optic and my TVs boxes and other electronic equipment wouldnt have fried. Oh, by the way, the reason that my electronics were destroyed was that the cable that comes into my house is not grounded!!! I asked the technician if he could ground the cable and he said that we dont do that anymore. He suggested that I call my electrician. All in all the whole experience was pretty bad, however given whats going on in the world today I shouldnt complain!
