Why within one month that my program from this to that increasing by $27.11⁉

Due to the fact of being on a fixed income a $27.11 difference within one month with no changes made by myself it’s a problem⁉

My phone system does not function correctly. It only works in one direction
I have contacted the Boulder, CO facility where I have been helped to the point that Comcast has not gone deeper into a solution for me.
