No TV for 9 days now | Comcast review from Jacksonville, Florida

My TV lost it's signal 9 days ago and Comcast supposedly has been "working hard" to fix it. Every time I go to the outage page they have a new time set for it to be fixed, and when that time comes this info disappears or a new time is set. This has been going on for days and days and I'm really, really pissed off. My sister says I should switch to Verizon, which I might well look into. Comcast, YOU SUCK.

Have been trying for hours to speak to a capable Comcast agent but keep getting passed around the same call center in India. What a joke, no one knows what they are speaking about, cannot give me any ideas on how to handle my complaint. Is it too much to ask that the Comcast customer service line be based in the USA with English speaking agents?

Effective October 10, 2019, TCM will NO LONGER be available to those paying for the Digital Preferred Package. Consumers will have to upgrade and pay more for the Sports Entertainment Pkg to still be able to view it. Now all you lucky consumers who pay for Digital Preferred are not getting a reduction in price because you are losing this channel. Comcast is more than happy to charge you the same inflated rate for less channels. This has happened before and Comcast will continue to do this. Wise up People!

So the NCAA national champion is playing this week and Comcast does not carry the broadcasting network. The new ACC network is not offered by Comcast in much of metro Atlanta. They are losing my business!

Cable service constantly cuts out | Comcast review from Tacoma, Washington

Washington State - this happens all day and evening almost every day. The picture pixelates, audio cuts out, screen goes blank every few seconds, sometimes with intervals of being out seconds longer than it being on. Comcast's solution is to reset signal, send out a tech to check things, replace cable box, etc, etc. However, even after that has all been done, service may improve briefly (or not) and usually the situation continues as before. This has been happening for several years now and seems to worsen during the summer months. I Give this company minus 10 rating. Oddly, Comcast provides the best internet service in the area, so customers are forced to endure the absoluetely worst TV service ever!!!!

Still waiting!! | Comcast review

On June 23rd 2019 a storm took down the Comcast cable line in front of my house it is now August 20th 2019 the cable is still down in my yard after 4 calls to Comcast five people come out and the line is still down in my yard I'm thinking about just canceling going with Dish Network very very unsatisfied customer.
