I want to know why I don't have ESPN plus

It guys are horrible just absolutely horrible the owner of your place should go to prison for robbing people for what you spend in the service you get absolutely crabsolutely crap absolutely crap the Lily crap this is why we go to directv DirecTV and it's sickening me what you people charge for such crap service in and some of the stations you get or you can't get I don't watch movies I just want a ESPN plus and some other things but you guys suck

Unbelievable interaction with your Phone person!!!

1st of all you send me over to some Arabic country 3 were I don't even understand the person that I'm talking to which makes it very frustrating for me because all I really want is to add a program to my package but instead I get a babbling idiot that I can't understand and your protocol To connect to Paramount is ridiculous it's ridiculous way too hard I got peacock by simply hitting and clicking on the yes button the yes button simple as that I'm very disappointed in xfinity

I can't get to a live person!

i have a simple quick question which isn't listed on their menus and need to talk to a live person! No way to do that with this company!!

Wifi Service upgrade, questions

I wanted to upgrade my cable package. The woman that I spoke with could not answer my questions properly. They wanted to charge me to have an installer come and install new equipment. And charge me for that equipment every month. The one question I asked was how much this would cost that was my very first question. And I still dont have an answer to it. She could not provide me with the simple most basic questions that I asked and still dont have an answer to.

User's recommendation: Switch to a provider who is able to answer simple questions.

Need a problem resolved!!!

My name is Laura Lewis I used to live in Miami Florida over 4 years at 6530 Northeast 2nd avenue Miami Florida 33138 now the problem is this has been over 4 years now and you guys keep putting me in this credit on the credit report shows that I owe you guys I am so angry and upset I close my account before I moved out of the state of Florida I sent you back your equipment but you have me in their report for equipment I am not paying a dime I don't owe you guys so please get it together I need this thing taken care of and I need the letter so I can show proof that it's taken care of.

Why within one month that my program from this to that increasing by $27.11⁉

Why my bill jumped $27.11 within one month when I made no changes whatsoever How can my October bill of $85.78 go to $112.89 why no changes were made like Im on a fixed income of Social Security so I am indigent I cannot afford these mistakes so I want a credit for my next bill in December please

My phone system does not function correctly. It only works in one direction

I have contacted the Boulder, CO facility where I have been helped to the point that Comcast has not gone deeper into a solution for me.

They lie

I called about getting help for seniors I was told I already have seniors rate I dont think 176.00 is a good rate I ask about taking programs off I dont watch I also ask about discovery plus they said dont have it yet.All the show on now are repeats and the new ones I wont watch. So am I stuck with this till I can change to another program.
