It's staggering. I have spent hundreds of hours phoning Comcast this year alone (over 150 calls and 13 house visits) and am now informed by nice comcast technician on site it is a line/tap problem.
I have a "negative 14 signal on my hi band frequency") and I need a new tap, amplifier and switchers. As I've told them for over a year. Still not fixed. Billed 130.00 per month for five years.
No cable service. Oh.
Don't bother moving the furniture and crawling on the floor to plug/unplug the system. They tell you to do that for sport.
