Customer Service

Issue #1: Trying to get a hold of an actual person through their customer service number is almost impossible. The automated system keeps asking for the same information even after you request to speak to a customer representative. It literally took my spamming the 0 button to finally get to a representative. Issue #2: Utilized their online transfer system, had to call in to actually get service transferred. Then the rep actually transferred service back to my old address. Had to call back to customer service again to get service transferred back to new address. I was not told that they renewed the 2year contract, and I am fighting with the company to get a refund on the disconnect fee.

This is the worst company ever

My cable was out again,this happens every night Im still trying to get the approval of the plan its crazy on how unprofessional this company is

The automated system has j idea what the issues are. Family room TV doesnt work half the time. Cant speak to anyone to get a resolution and takes up an enormous amount of time to get someone on the phone.

Transfer account to my son's name

I am trying to get this service put in my son's name who now owns the home and he has been paying the bill for over a year now. The automatic payment is taken from his account I had to fill out paperwork (which I understand) to change the name on the account. I have provided my son's picture ID, my picture ID and filled out all paperwork, signed and returned. I don't understand why this is so difficult to complete this request.

inconsistent customer service, rude and short, not understanding the issue, says they dont have any records showing what was told to me now i get a different story from a differemt person, but the account was stopped by someone, what a crap shoot this company is!!!!

being told that a credit would be issued dating back to my Mothers death, customer service says there is no notes saying that, very rude and not understanding my issue, absoluetly the worst company i have dealt with !! call 843 797 **** to discuss after listening to the conversation and lack of understanding and being honest at t he call center

cable box needs to be rebooted several times a day and it not working since got a new cable box and can't seem to get a person to talk to so horrible customer service

They'll come and blame it on the guy before them but nothing gets fixed I'm so disappointed now I'm going to be set up for my 4th and 5th visit I had to make 8 or 9 phone calls

Help with bill charges

Very hard to get to person. Once I got through to a rep, I think (never sure) she clearly explained the charges. The automated system throws every roadblock in the way to getting an answer!!! It forced me to try a text help system which then did not recognize my phone number, email or password. What a sad day it is when a customer has to beg your robot to get me to a representative.
