I need to get some information from a live person

The concert irritating robot wouldn't put me through to a live agent so no it sucks I'm pissed I've been pissed and I need to stop fooling with Comcast they're a joke and they're high rude no customer service none of that

Very unhappy with Comcast

Called last month regarding increased bill. agent told me to discontinue auto pay because the billing date end credit of $30 were not the same. This month my bill increased even more. I called Comcast 2 days in a row and could not speak with a live person. Customer service stinks.

Comcast

Comcast you are pathetic your automated machine is GARBAGE and you don't hire people that speaks English and all sounds the freaking same. They're all idiots how is this even possible its very annoying

This additional piece of unrecyclable trash company ended my business with them. They coming to my home taking my Internet service that I must pay $177 for two months

This company took my information over the phone for the affordable connect program. When I had received NO REPLY AFTER THREE MONTHS I CALLED AGAIN, AND GAVE THEM ALL MY INFORMATION FOR THE AFFORDABLE CONNECT PROGRAM YOU SEE I AM DISABLED AND NAVIGATING ALL THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE OUT THERE. ITS JUST MORE THAN I CAN DO. AFTER AN ADDITIONAL THREE MONTHS, I CALLED THIS PIECE OF TRASH BACK AND THEY NOW ADVISE ME THAT I MUST GO TO SOME GOVERNMENT WEBSITE TO APPLY FOR THE AFFORDABLE CONNECT PROGRAM. NEVER MIND THAT OVER A PERIOD OF SIX MONTHS THEY TOOK ALL MY INFORMATION AND WERE SUPPOSED TO GET ME CONNECTED. MY TELEVISION WENT DOWN, AND I COULD DO NOTHING TO GET ANY RECEPTION. I WAS ONCE AGAIN DIRECTED TO THEIR PIECE OF TRASH, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, WHERE YOU WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO ANOTHER HUMAN, WHERE YOU WILL NEVER BE ALLOWED ANY SATISFACTION FOR ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE. A PIECE OF TRASH TECHNICIAN WAS SENT TO MY HOME, AND AFTER ATTEMPTING TO DO SOME THING WITH THE TELEVISION, TOLD ME HE NEEDED THE REMOTE. WELL, WASNT THAT JUST HANDY-DANDY AS THE DAMN THING WAS PACKED AWAY. I ADVISE THIS TECHNICIAN THAT HE COULD JUST TAKE HIS PIECE OF TRASH EQUIPMENT AND LEAVE MY HOME AS I TOLD YOU, I AM 100% DISABLED, AND THIS PIECE OF TRASH UNHOOKED MY CABLE AND OTHER PARTS OF THE TELEVISION AND THREW THEM ON THE FLOOR. When I call to complain after being routed through 20 minutes of artificial intelligence, I was finally able to speak with someone and they told me the technician would return between 12 and 3 oclock, or some other meet up time, as no one ever bothered to come back and clean up the mess they left for me that I am unable to do . This is absolutely typical service of Comcast. Once I got your billing, I got information youre on your own. When I tried to contact them again regarding no one showing up back to AI for 20 more minutes and absolutely no ability to contact anyone or do anything. Once again, we have another big *** company that could really give a rats *** and *** about customer service I cannot believe that Comcast thought this was an acceptable form of customer service, they did advise me. The technician may bill me for coming out to unhook the bloody Internet when they were supposed to be coming to fix it. This company will never see another dime of my money. I do not care what the balance on the account is. I have close the account and they can have a grand *** time trying to get paid. User's recommendation: If you are in any way, disabled, if you need help with setting up, equipment , removal of equipment, do not under any circumstances contract with this company. Their total lack of respect and disregard for an individuals with a disability is beyond any stand. I’ve seen a suit pull for a while. They will absolutely unhook your equipment, throw it on the floor, never mind the fact you can’t pick it up or that you don’t have the strength in your hands to hook up any of the connections once they got your billing info you’re on your own.
