For some unknown reason to me, I could only one channel. The first person I contacted tried to help was failed. The second person solved the problem.

Cable off

My cable is to expensive and I have only cable and internet never have a deal for cable internet I'm always paying 200 and something or 300 and something never 100 or lower

Connection sucks

continuous down time for the internet, at a higher than the competition price....automated service is so lame it can make you crazy, just trying to pay your bill...Time for a change guys!!find another choice

I need somebody to explain my bill

I received a bill of $154.83 on 4/25/2022 and another is being debate from my account now for $130.48, and I signed up for internet only, can somebody explain to me what is going on, you are rising my blood pressure.

Customer service is a joke. Worst I've ever experienced spent over nine hours on phone doing useless resets and supposedly super charged signals pure nonsense

Issue not resolved

Unable to make a payment online. I kept getting error messages and your agents are unable to take customer payments over the phone! My issue is still not resolved after weeks of calling Xfinity

It deserves no stars, they don’t care or respond

My issue is 10-14 days old. Intermittent tv interruption. Or no internet access. They dont care or respond! I cant reach a human being only that *** voice of their service. They dont care, worse they will credit you 10 cents for a problem of their creation. Even the irs will give you a reasonable response and credit.

User's recommendation: Don’t EVER take this service! Better direct tv and snow that these people who care less if you have service. Gawd I wish I could have att back.

Worst service ever even for a monopoly

Rented a movie. Movie only plays in Spanish. I dont speak Spanish. Cant reach anyone or change to English. Every time try to call customer service it takes 40 minutes to reach a person.
