Comcast - REFUND TAKES 4 to 6 WEEKS

Finally after years of terrible service I said "Enough" no more with this dreadful company. I returned the equipment to Coconut Point, Lee County Florida on 12/12/18. Today 1/22/19 I received a bill for $385.00 for non return of equipment. Actually they owe me $4.95. The accounts department agreed that I had returned the equipment and the girl said "we will send you a check for your over payment, it should arrive in 4 - 6 weeks" If I owed them money I would pay immediately but they take 4 - 6 WEEKS. WHAT A GIANT RIP-OFF. Take my advise and NEVER deal with this company

I opted for the complimentary upgrade to the tv box. It didn’ work so they send a technician. He found that they delivered the wrong box so he switched them out. I received a $60 service charge on my next bill. I’ve asked FIVE times for a refund. Each time I was promised to receive it. The last time I called my call was dropped while explain the problem.
