My cable went out about 3 weeks ago and everything accept my tv stop working when the cable came back on ring cameras stop robo vacuum quit Small camera stop they still wont connect to the internet the internet fade in and out.

Horrible company

They added Hulu without permission, when I called to have it cancelled, they messed my account up so bad, that it took 3 hours to fix. They ended up adding a 4th box back 2 years, then took off all but 1 of my boxes. Got that fixed after 3 hours, but it turns out a 5th box has been on there for over a year and no one ever mentioned it. Mike at corporate called me after I filed a FCC complaint, and wants to give me a whole $24 credit. Now 1 of my boxes doesnt work again

My wife tried to contact comcast by phone. I tried to contact them online. We cannot get connected to a rep either way. ATROCIOUS service. The company should be ashamed to even call it customer service. They dont deserve 1 star. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would.

comcast apparently prefers the use of unpaid robots and computers to homosapiens with a brain. I finally gave up on comcast's profuse apologies. When I tried to make a change to my account they would NEVER act upon it. I tried for 3 months to cancel my account, not only did it not happen, comcast then penalized me late fees for following through with my complaint. Comcast employs thousands of computers and robots, it seems, but nowhere in that process is evidence of a human, to sort out the tangle of contradictions and lies pouring from that silicone. I'm now watching Broadcast TV on an antenna.

Old signal Amp wasn't strong enough for signal. Replaced. However er, still experiencing signal interface from time to time with TV services.

Iam a disabled person who has to have phone-a reliable one that is not Comcast. Now get nothing but recordings. Pay bill or else hangs up! Pay for services not working missed urgent calls one for myself after falling? Internet off-on maybe? Peacock streaming laughable. Modem from u lol. Paid u big surprise no phone. This has cost me a lot of money. Comcast cant wait to leave u!
