Cost for service

My service promotion ended went up to 176.00 for tv/internet service ridiculous however thats a car payment beencwith them for almost 17 yrs if I was a new customer I get a great price.so the long term customer subsidies other perks.run away

5 technician visits in one month. I Just bought new home I had 2 home inspections in February..Comcast says they have no idea why my internet cuts out randomly about 10 times during an 8 hour period.

I am a remote worker and take inbound calls through the internet. I am hardwired. The techs have replaced....I was told everything possible inside and outside my house. I was told Thursday March 31st I will forfeit my yearly bonus due to not being able to work my shift.

Now April 3rd. I may be out of my career completely due to no stable internet. This new ho have just purchased has a mortgage and bills. How am I supposed to survive of I lose employment?

It's even my smart TV which runs off their wifi signal. I just now received notification that they had now scheduled my 6th service call with a technician.

They say there is noise in the line. I was told Friday that everything is new.

I tried to call back and talk to them there opinion still wont change ... on anything for now my stuff is fine no more hacking but told me to go the bank to check my account..

... I got hung on on more then..... .. once I dont know this is the 1800 service ...

number... they kept sending me all over the place .. to help me find the person whos been doing this crap ... but in the process its a joke ..

Im not sure if my one post before got through but ... I was so mad Im not religious but before I hung up ..

I told the last person who was defending the company/hacking stalking or god knows what it is .. I told her you understand money is a rue of all evil you know its one of the Ten Commandments your going to *** for taking money from people but not helping them as I said that they were listening to my phone call or she was idk

itI started out Talking to somebody on the phone and then They told me prices and I could get discounts and if I joined all 3 phone free phone TV in Internet meant that all 3 would be on one bill in my bill would be a $158 Then when I received everything And they mailed me my phone. Then they told me my phone was going to be separate billing and then they told me my bill was a lot higher than what they "d me .

And then every time I turned around something was Different something was "d me a different price and my bill is sky Hi.And then I turned around the phone that they gave me weighed a ton and I have arthritis and I couldn't hold it So I had to get a different phone so that cost me $700Unhappy with that I'm on social security and I can't afford that.So I'm trying to pay for that now and they won't let me do itI don't want it on my next billing to make my bill Higher.And when I started out they told me I told them I needed my bill to be due on the 5th because I get paid on the 3rd I do not have any money in the bank after my bills were paid and they went to take money out of my bank and I don't have any money in there so I had to switch it to my my credit card.Everything is in the uproar and I'm so upset And then I found out the bill for my TV and my Internet are separate from my phone and the bill for my Billing date is It's not for the 5th I cannot have that It has to be changed because I don't have money at the end of the month or the middleI need somebody to help me change my billing dates to the 5thFor both bills Or I'm gonna have to switch companies because this is not working I Was promised one thing and got another.More broken promises Every time I talk to somebody something different! This is getting old and flustered and irritatingI am not happy at all if that concerns you guys please contact me
