Comcast keeps raising the monthly cost. Like stealing your money.

Keep raising the bill. Poor programs. Just a Greedy Company. Would not recommend. They are pushing their customers away. Then should understand what I have to customer is a lifetime custom

Horrible Customer Service

Damage Comcast line outside of home. No service available. If you are lucky enough to find the customer service 800 number, which should be in bold numbers on their website, it is a nightmare getting someone to answer and help you. They run you in circles and never send a technician to fix the issue. This is a huge problem for people who work from home!

Trying to solve the problem with my service

I have and pay for 2 devices in my account. For some reason one of device is not working,and its show that I have only 1 device. Enter 3 calls and 80 minutes discussing the issue, I am still dont have my second device activated!? Im costumer of Comcast for long time. Please help.

Outage in Solsberry, Indiana

Got home from work to my husband telling me that there was an outage and he doesnt know what time it would be back on. Hes received three texts telling him three different times. I called and never spoke to a soul. I was hung up on! I HATE xfinity!!!

I've been trying ti speak with someone in collections for two months. Waited 40 minutes and got disconnected and 35 minutes another time and got disconnected. You turned me into collections when I owe you nothing. I switched to Verizon 4 months ago and paid bill in full. Actually I have a $52 credit I never got

Customer service is non existent

3 days to get a technician out to repair internet is ridiculous. The customer service people that answer the phone do not live US. All they know how to do is read the script they have been given

I called about a past due bill

Its very hard to get a live human being to talk to but once I did get a live person they were lovely and help helped me to pay off the past due balance. Thank you! I havent had an account with them in 4 years that being said the automated service was useless. They need to make it easier to get a hold of customer service.

Customer service.

I have had my xfinity cable equipment for 4 days now. I have been unable to install it myself after several utube videos, etc. I can NOT get in touch with a real person to schedule a tech to come out here and install my equipment. So I sit here, not having tv since May 2. Its frustrating.

User's recommendation: The company is fine, except for our ability to reach someone to come out to house.
