Comcast in Marysville, Washington - What service?

The word customer service is like a unicorn when it comes to doing business with Comcast. Their service is the worst. Slow internet, cable continually has problems with picture and sound cutting out. When you call for "service" you get a robot with limited vocabulary so you are put through a 5 minute list of questions. When you finally get a "real" person (not sure if that is a true statement) you get useless dialog and someone who has not heard a word that you are saying. I have figured out why the lack of service when you call them. You have two opinions: either carry on with the *** service or change providers. Most people are too lazy to change so the *** service continues.

Details
Constant price hikes. Took away Cinemax after I paid to upgrade to a bundle that included. Told me as part of their agreement they can make channel lineup changes and I can’t break agreement. But I’m welcome to buy Cinemax back for $12 a month. They replaced it with their own *** channel called hitz. Garbage would complain about how bad this company smells.

Comcast in Miami, Florida - Worst cable company ever

My mother in law is in contract that can not get out. This is the worst cable company ever! We have had to call Comcast several times this year to be able to watch our programs. Not only cable but internet service. Very disappointed. It is always a problem in the area and they take too long to fix it.

OPEN TICKET SINCE 6/24/19 049338395 AT LEAST TEN WIRES HANGING DID RIGHT THING CALLING THEM NOT A CUSTOMER THANK GOD !!! ALSO 527 IVY AVE PBG MAIN CABLE LINE HANGING OFF SPOOL SINCE HURRICANE IRMA THAT WAS 2017 I REPORTED IT NOTHING DONE WHAT A BUNCH OF LAZY UNORGANIZED PEOPLE THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT !!! Issue still not fixed when I originally filed this complaint these guys are brutal incompetent, they came by 4 times 3 * late afternoon when thunder showers were occurring this is Florida they do it on purpose so they don't have to do it management should be ashamed of themselves the wiring on a pole still looks like a ghetto Comcast can kiss my *** I've had five back surgeries I can't climb that pole these guys come by and taking a ladder off their van just so exhausting what a bunch of stiffs
