It was almost impossible to understand the both of the customer service agents i spoke with. And after being with comcast/Xfinity for over 3 decades and paying almost $300/mo I was offered no satisfaction on reducing my bill. I will be shopping for an alternative t.v and internet service.

Add channel

I called and wanted to just add Motor Trend to my service, I'm on a fixed budget and don't want to pay for a package of channels I will not watch. I was informed I will have to buy the package to get my channel.

User's recommendation: Allow customer to add one channel to there account, especially retired customers.

Relocate the streetside cable box at 29 Bajala drive east, Beaufort, sc 29907.

The bat Rastards won't call as they promissed. I have called and had been told three times that someone would call me back by a day and time. Nothing. And, it is next to impossible to actually get to talk to a live customer service representative.

Booster

I was told by the technician that we could get 3 pod boosters for free as we weren't getting g enough coverage after we got the biggest modem available from Comcast. I went to the xfinity store and was told we had to buy them. I called customer service and they said we had to pay. If I am paying for the largest modem and it Was represented as being able to service our home, it clearly is apparent that Comcast does not know what you are doing and that, more importantly, do not uphold your promises or touted delivery capabilities. Now, the story has changed. What is your resolution?

Billing questions

Trying to navigate through your automated phone is TERRIBLE! I must have tried 10 times to finally reach an agent, which PISSED ME OFF!!!! But, when I finally got to speak to an agent in person...., He was Terrific, & Very HELPFUL! TY! I unfortunately forget his name, but he went Above & Beyond, Please Thank Him!!!!

Cable box doesn't work

Cable box doesnt work. The cable box for my tv does not work. It is plugged in and it doesnt go on. There are no lights that indicate the box is working. The tv screen says that there is no connection. No service. I think I been a new cable box installed. Would you please send a service tech person to my house so that I can once again watch tv. Thank you.

Hi, since Friday have no Internet and they keep contacting customer service and I chat with different agent no one helps me. I would like to know whats going on???????

Truck struck main cable lines

Xfinity repair guy showed up and did fix the line to my house. However he said he couldnt fix the low hanging cable lines running from pole to pole as it was a different repair crew that handles it. He said that they should would be out in the next week. No one has showed up. My neighbor ended up wire tying up the lines so they werent struck again by othe delivery trucks

Hd channels not working

HD channels are still not working and we are paying for services not rendered. We were told a maintenance order would be in effect because this is Comcast issue not ours. Still not working, 3 weeks plus

Someone was supposed to call me on Sunday, yes, Sunday at 9 am. No one called. Big surprise! I'll be calling customer service first thing Monday, hopefully I'll get through without a 30 minute wait. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
