Calling the customer service number it says "call cannot be completed at this time" . I am only wanting to make changes to my service and have tried to contact for a week straight ! They wont allow me to make changes via website ! Says i have to speak with a Live Rep but wont allow me to call !

Apparently the agents that are on Live chat are not knowledgeable on their products. i keep asking them about the voice adapter. They also are talking to multiple people at the same time as one agent was answering someone else's questions on my chat session.

I HAVE TWO REMOTE CONTROLS FOR TWO SEPARATE TV'S..I'VE BEEN HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH BOTH OF THE REMOTES FOR QUITE A WHILE...AT VARIOUS TIMES THE REMOTES WILL NOT,WHEN CLICKING "LAST" GO TO THE LAST CHANNEL,NOR WILL THEY ACCEPT THE CHANNELS THAT I CLICK ON TO..I'VE GONE TO ONE OF YOUR STORES & WAS TOLD TO COME BACK WHEN THE CORONAVIRUS SUBSIDES!! WHEN IS THAT?? I WOULD LIKE TWO REMOTE CONTROLS SENT TO ME ASAP!!

for 2 years nothing but problems customer service is the worst the tech are not trained very well you have to ask for a supervisor like 15 times before you mite get one they always hang up on you never call you back like they say they send out used cable boxes and charge you for new ones worst company ever

About five months ago i bought a TV for my bedroom at the same time i went to the Xfinity store here in Huntsville Alabama and got a cable box. So today i put the TV up and go to hook up the cable and seen that there was no cable to connect from the box to the cable connection in the wall. Now Comcast claims that they care about their coustmers but the only solution i got was mailing me a another box and wanted to charge me for it. I bought the box from their store why should i have to wait for them to send me another one and pay for it. It was your store that sold me *** Long story short my issue did not get resolved!

User's recommendation: Don't believe these big companies that have commercials on TV saying that they care about the customer. All they care about is getting their hands on your money. I dare anyone from Comcast to prove me wrong and show me your all about the customer.

Comcast - My mom's phone landline not working for over 48 hours, even though one person said they fixed it. Terrible to even get through to that person

Mom's landline down. Cannot reach anyone to fix the issue. When finally reached someone on chat they said they fixed it and it was not fixed. She still has no line. She is compromised and it is during the pandemic. It is unbelievable. The CEO of Comcast, I am sure making 36.4 million dollars is all comfy in his house with no worries about anyone else

Your customer service is *** poor. Agent never called like was said too. 24/7 assistance online is horrendous. And your automated system is as good as talking to a wall. Been having the same problem with the internet for a few days and chatted online with multiple agents and none have bothered to call me after specifying they would reach out. Get better understanding of taking care of customers. Until this issue is solved, payment wont be made to the account. Call me when you get this to sort things out
