I’m sick and tired of Comcast taking off my channel line up. They took off the TCM now. I was told l have to get a package upgrade I’ve had it changing to a different company.

And TCM is moved to a SPORTS PACKAGE...are you kidding me? In 2020 they are also getting completely rid of STARZ because they own EPIX and will only offer that. Be prepared before you buy a contract.

It seems that the folks at Comcast think that they can do changes to your services without asking the customer. I recently had my channel selection downgraded. Not by choice but by the people who seem to be able to make decisions without regard to customer satisfaction. My recent conversation with a Comcast was very unsatisfactory as sarcasm out weighed her explanation. It seem that Comcast knows how to be creative in their ways of getting more for less. I was told that I could get the channel back if I purchased another package with something I have little interest and the cost me more by a Significant amount of money!

My hubby and i are senior citizens and love TCM we also watched another movie channel on 354 WGN3 which is now "court tv". We don't have the $$$ for any sports packages or anything more...they took away one of our pleasures in life with the removal of these movie channels.

Comcast - Bunch of money grabbing thieves

They can put a message on your screen every night telling you you need new hardware, but when they steal TCM to a sports package, to get more money, it's on your bill in microscopic print. I've had these guys for 35 years and they were "just good enough". Never gave a real care about you as a customer. I've paid 104 per month with 3 TV's for digital starter. Then they took TCM off. I called. They didn't tell me about the package, they said I needed new boxes. I said OK. they shipped me HD boxes and charged me 35 per month more for HD, without approval and without asking. Don't go with these guys unless you have no other choice. they don't care about a 35 year customer they darned sure won't care about a new customer.

In San Francisco area they want $12.99 for the Package that now has TCM. They are getting rid of STARZ completely in 2020 in favor of THEIR Comcast owned EPIX channel which is 40% public domain film found free on any free streaming service.

AND , as of December 20th it's going up more......... you'll get a list of the changes and charges with the December bill. Indie channel and Retro gone as of today, December 10th , now only available with a voice remote .which I do not have.

This is outrageous. Comcast just started charging $9.95 for TCM. They moved it to the "sports package." I am looking for a new provider tomorrow. This is highway robbery. I already pay 283.00 per month for nothing special. Have had fairly good service and programming until yesterday when they removed TCM network to Sports pkg so you have to buy the pkg to get the network back. Had no warning, it was just gone.

Same thing happened to us!! Outrageous, they already charged more for TCM and now they are doing it again!!

We upgraded to a faster speed and specifically asked if HBO and TCM would not be affected. HBO went away immediately and we didn't complain. Now they want $10 more for a SPORTS package???

They even call it sports and entertainment. I am so pissed off right now!!!

I have reported them also to the Attorney General of Consumer Protection. After the complaint they have not charged me anymore for data over usage but it was criminal what they did to me with over usage fees and it could not have been true we had less devices and 2 less people in our home using data from a few months before. Just criminal. But I still had to pay over $200-300 in over usage and could not do a thing about it. How could I prove it except through common sense of deduction of household use myself. Fraudulent fees still continue about every 3 months.

I signed a contract with them in February. They removed some of the channels, that were agreed to. They also charge me the fraudulent sports fee. Comcast told me it was a government fee. I found out through class action lawsuits, it’s not a government fee of any type....

Comcast is a blood sucking pariah. Streaming services will eventually be the end of cable.

Write to VP and complain to state agencies. Drop them and go antenna...

I have listed two things on here regarding my issues with Comcast. It appears that they have been removed only because I haven’t called again recently. I quote the words recently. Therefore I am listing or taking photos of all of the calls that I made to them going back to September 2018 to prove I have called I don’t wanna call again I want this fixed I want to have a credit for the balance you show owing and no more bills no more calls ended. If this affects The Xfinity Mobile which it appears you’re already trying to change the settings again on my phone without my permission that will have to be addressed again as well.

Comcast - 80% Price Increase

Comcast is still offering my 60mbps internet and phone bundle to new customers in my area for 49.99. 13 months ago that is what I was paying due to documented medical hardships with both of my children. After countless phone calls, a BBB complaint and an FCC complaint, I am now paying a "discounted" price of $89.99. I offered to pay 64.99 for the package, and they refused. I ran it up the flag pole in corporate as far as I can. Just because I'm not a new customer and in a more financially stable position than I was 2 years ago does not mean I should get raped with an 80% increase. Comcast, that's just not right! Why can't this company be normal like other companies and raise the price 2% every year instead of trying to be so greedy!
