Wire to low on our property

I callled because my latency sucks

the person i talked to was very supportive but i am still having issues with my latency ... I come from a small poor town that has better providers and am pretty upset with your service as in the latency ... my latency back home was below 20. If I switch to the unlimited plan do yall think that may help as it seem like yall throttle my service and maybe because of this and feel free to give me a call ????

It is obvious when you call Comcast Customer Service is not the number one concern because it is GOD AWFUL!!! There 24/7 help line is named correctly because it takes all day to get an answer to your problem. What is going on Comcast? You use to be one of the best. Now your worse than most of the rest! Not the way to my heart! Please figure it out!!!!!

The customer service with Xfinity is horrible. Youre transferred everywhere. I also a couple of times got hung up on had to go through the whole cycle again. I try to look at different plans online it says I have to call. I dont wanna call I want the option of using a website.

Tried to call Comcast customer service got a stupid computer automated service. I told it to connect me with an agent. It refused to do so and continued with it s programmed response to use the automated system to resolve my problem. When I refused to do so it hung up on me, I called back and tried again. I got no where. I finally had to use the chat connection and type in my questions. After approximately 20 minutes of trying I finally got the issue resolved

The technical support was very nice. I do have a problem with having to pay a hundred dollars for something that is a problem with the box received. I don't think I should have to pay the hundred dollars since it was a problem on your end.

I have tried to refer a friend. He, wife, and daughter bought their first home and have never had Comcast Xfinity. I have attempted numerous times to use refer a friend, but I continue receiving the message that Tennessee residents are not eligible to participate in the Xfinity refer-a-friend program. Why is that? This is so unfair because I talked my friend and his family into choosing Xfinity. They were planning to go with a fiber optics company, and I persuaded them to choose Comcast Xfinity. This is so unfair! I cannot find anywhere in Xfinity website or app that Tennessee is excluded.

Still no Flex, not sure with test that we really do have 1Gigbit service. Cut off the TV cable per new contract but it is a messed up deal.

When first set up, over a month ago , told do not disconnect TV boxes until Flex box came. About 2 weeks later TV was cut off by Comcast. I called and Customer service said they were doing the new plan. I told rep that nothing was to be done to TV boxes until Flex arrived and that was to be 3-5 days and over 2 weeks it still is not here. Rep said that TV was already disconnected and that Flex had not been sent yet BUT would be at our house 3-5 days, that sounded familiar, and two weeks have passed and no Flex yet. Some speed are so slow results say streaming and gaming not all green for good service. gaming gamin would not te s enough

Sign up file new service. Service overcharges. Call customer service has not resolve my problem in over two months I am calling back again for this issue. I think $300 a month for my cable bill for three televisions and a house and you guys don't answer me what's the problem.

I need help to pair the Xfinity remote to my new TV. Now I realize that I had to go to the store first to get a replacement. The online directions were no help. It skips preliminary steps. Looking for the store in Westgate Shopping Mall, San Jose, there was no indication that the store is located on the backside of the mall until I found a directory showing the that. When I called the store for directions, I got a recording. And thats my biggest complaint, the ability to talk to a person, to get a straight response, is impossible with Xfinity. Lastly, the female receptionist was rude and walked away before I could ask a question. The young man who showed me how to use the new remote, drew three marks with permanent pen on the plastic cover and sent me on my way. I am usually not a complainer, but it is obvious to me that Xfinity is in need of improving its customer service. Lastly the reception

It is too hard to get to a person to speak too. And to get one the speaks good English is impossible. Their phone service SUCKS
