Over charged

I got a bill that jumped from 78 to 100 a month I called and the "said" they gave me the basic service and my bill would be in the low 60s my first bill would a partial month totaling 47, I just got charged 62 and still owe 38....which is 100 bucks. They won't let you speak to a representative. They text a link that no one responds to!!!they lied

Waiting to see if what was promised actually happens.

Look at what your associate promised. Yes no maybe etc. etc. etc. so forth and so forth. Read what transpired on the tape.

You all say you can provide service at a cheaper price but hasn’t yet. Your complaint charged me for a service that I didn’t have for 2 months.

Its o we priced and I didnt get any service for 2 months now you want to charge me for you to do repairs for what hasnt worked for 2 nearly 3 months.

Being charged for a service I don't have

Charged corrected. The phone techs are clueless on several different occasions that Ive called, plus their English needs vast improvement. Trying to talk to a knowledgeable English speaking human is next to impossible. The wait time is ridiculous. Comcast xfinity has a monopoly on cable internet, tv in my area. I would find an other company if it were possible.

Turn on service in my box in bedroom

I cant get my cable box to work o the box top in my main bedroom This has been going on for the better part of two months. I am usually on the phone for 30-60 min and it only sometimes resolves the issue. I need to have my recorded shows on my tv working for My windows down time. Its not only beyond frustrating its a complete waste of my time and you guys still charge me over $350 a month and that is just for wifi which sucks if it ever actually works my so. Spent 2 1/2 hours with someone at our house and it still went right back to not connecting to our entertainment experience.
