Customer service is absolutely the worst

you can never speak with an agent. all phone number lead to the same automated speal. ask to speak with an agent and nothing happens. this is really bad

HELP with a billing problem

My issue was not resolved

Complaint/ internet would not work.. Called and called never resolved. Horrible experience and someone answered the phone tried to assist me. Told me she would call me back never did

User's recommendation: Go with Verizon. Comcast you share your internet with everyone that has Comcast!!! Terrible services.

Transferred service and now not working

Called 7 days ago to have service transfer. It has not been. Your computer system doesn't recognize new address of 11 Phlox circle.apt k. Called and confirmed on Saturday. Still it hasn't happened

Problem not solved yet!

Still have frequent dropout of wi-fi. Waiting for Miss Utility to come out and mark the lawn. Feel like a temporary cable could have been run until bad the cable is replaced.

My bills

You charge for a service that I was told would be free. I talked to someone and they sent some one out. It was something to do with Comcast. The technician said I will not have to pay and also the woman I talked to said I will not have to pay if someone came out. I just saw my account and you charged me $70.00J need my account credit back.

Comcast trying to withdraw from my bank acct

I called Comcast billing and spoke to a person named" king".. This person is who gave me the # to Pissedcondsumer.. I had no idea I was calling another company.. King refused to assist me because I did not have my acct number even though I had all other information and every other person I spoke to was fine with that.. I just needed to close an acct or place on hold for now.. I now have to call the billing dept back again. I hope I do not get King.. The representative with "pissedconsumer" was nice and helpful but hard to understand..

User's recommendation: no to comcast due to rude employee and get the run around.

The chat service is very bad

Te chat service was horrible. Did nothing other than ask the same question over and over called and May fixed the problem.

Contacting them

Trying to report down dangerous low cable line and you cant get anyone its all automated and you get bounced like a ping pong, They really suck!!!

My landline phone is not working

I can not get through to Xfinity ever time I call. They will not call me back. Very unprofessional. There prices are extremely to expensive. I'm not satisfied with this company at all.
