I found an application to determine who is using my internet and making my iPhone or iPad hot plus the router. Took some pictures and didn’t expect to have so many on this internet system. Only have one master bedroom, one living room, 2 apple. iPhones, 2 Apple iPads, two smart televisions sets, and nothing else. computer is off. Ow would be the time to check.

To start with he was an hour late, Then he had to go get a drill, witch took him another hour. By the time he was done he left wires hanging off my house damaged my soffit, Ripped the old screws out; didn't screw in new connections (just left them hanging).The box he did screw on the house is crooked as *** My six year old grandson could've done a better job. Then to top it off they had no paper work for me to sign. No paper work on the channels or how to use the remote. Very unhappy customer right here in Sebastian Florida!

Comcast review in Jacksonville, Florida: No TV for 9 days now

My TV lost it's signal 9 days ago and Comcast supposedly has been "working hard" to fix it. Every time I go to the outage page they have a new time set for it to be fixed, and when that time comes this info disappears or a new time is set. This has been going on for days and days and I'm really, really pissed off. My sister says I should switch to Verizon, which I might well look into. Comcast, YOU SUCK.

Have been trying for hours to speak to a capable Comcast agent but keep getting passed around the same call center in India. What a joke, no one knows what they are speaking about, cannot give me any ideas on how to handle my complaint. Is it too much to ask that the Comcast customer service line be based in the USA with English speaking agents?

Effective October 10, 2019, TCM will NO LONGER be available to those paying for the Digital Preferred Package. Consumers will have to upgrade and pay more for the Sports Entertainment Pkg to still be able to view it. Now all you lucky consumers who pay for Digital Preferred are not getting a reduction in price because you are losing this channel. Comcast is more than happy to charge you the same inflated rate for less channels. This has happened before and Comcast will continue to do this. Wise up People!
