Corrupt billing practices the worst customer service

The first the fact they use call centers Ann India, Jamaica, Caribbean, Mexico, So as an American based company serving American customer . The outright poor communication skills that I've encountered while on the phone with these questionable untouchable uncountable individuals is a reflection about Xfinity views it's American customers So we're left trying to communicate and giving our personal information to God knows who they are am I the only person that sees a problem with that?

I basically wanted to get some information

This matter is way over due. I think I still owe comcast about 145.00 dollars years ago. I relocated and I forgot to cancel my service. I was wondering if comcast, with my permission would take out 40.00 dollars on the first of every month until that 145.00 is retrieved. Then stop taking any more money, because the matter will be resolved. Thank You

For comcast to start taking out 40.00 on the first of every month, until my 145.00 bill is paid off. Then discontinue getting any money out my account, because the bill will be paid

To change my internet adress for access

I just leave to my old house I have a new adress and I need to access my internet please can't get a shechule for that to fixed my internet on my new adress. Thanks

No WiFi

Unable to connect to WiFi and cannot enter password because my tv remote that came with my tv is broken so l am not able to connect any devices!

Question on service

Customer service is not part of the package. Cannot make it simple, sell by confusion. 2.5 days with technicians and fixed the problem thanks to you tube. After being a customer for over twenty years I just feel stupid.

Poor service

The automated system is set up to keep you from talking to a CSR. I could not handle my situation on the website and it took me 20 min just to finally get in contact with a person.

Ive reset my devices multiple times and unplugged them. The issue is on your end and there is no way to inform anyone of this issue . Why am I paying for a service that you are not providing?
