For the past month channels, especially TCM, just freeze and drop out. Supposed to be available shortly. Two hours later still not fixed. Supposedly fixed music channels. Nope. These guys are gone. So fed up.

Comcast in Portland, Oregon - No means NO

Wednesday afternoon 7/3/19. I have a no soliciting sign posted right above my doorbell. You can not ring the doorbell without seeing the sign. Comcast employee Derek Gray chose to ignore the sign. When I answered the door he advised me he had just helped my neighbor save several hundred dollars by switching to Comcast. I advised Derek that I was not interested. He continued with his sales pitch. I repeated that I was NOT interested. He was determined to leave his business card even after I said I was not interested. No means NO. Why would I ever consider doing business with Comcast when the employees completely disregard basic common courtesy.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. They just keep overbilling me year after year. Their billing practices are horrible. It is done $4 to $8 per month added to my bill . I am stuck with this two year contract and they know it. This is unfair to us longstanding loyal customers. I am not interested in the new crazy tech that makes me look for something to watch longer than it takes to watch it..and, i have had my same landline phone number for my family for this long. I do not want to change things. I do not see why this keeps going on. I pay my bill on time faithfully. All i expect is to be treated fairly.

Deceptive telephone solicitations. Call to find out why my bill was higher was told that my contract ended and that I would have to renew my contract to get a lower price told them fine but I wanted to same things that I have right now at the same price as I knew the only raised to keep getting you to sign a one year contract . The next day realized I was missing some of my favorite channels called Comcast and they said oh we’re not renewing them . Well how the heck is that giving me the same exact channels that I had if you’re not renewing show me your best channels ! So come Monday they will receive a phone call to take this bogus crap off my contract and I will be switching to AT&T

Check your cable bill. They want you to go paperless and autopay for a reason. I caught them 2 years ago over charging me for stingray service. I called them and they only refunded 3 months of it but charged me for 10 months they are committing fraud on the customer. I caught them a second time doing same thing again. Not only that bill increases from $126.00 per month to $168.00 Called them trying to get better rate it went to$198.00 . Now trying to close account for 3 days spend 1 1/2 hours on phone with 3 different people still not turned off and charging me $60.00 Termination fee they are crooks.
