Comcast - My Mother

I e mailed comcast about cable issues. The lengthy e mail response included a sentence that read "SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR MOTHERS PASSING". What the *** My Mother is 86 and alive. I missed most of the Masters & a portion of the nascar race (I have a fantasy team). My phone service hasn't worked for years & they won't send anyone to check it out. I hate being stuck with Comcast, but competition is coming soon.

Comcast - Rip Off

This is an update. After arguing with Comcast since January , I boxed up their equipment and shipped it all back last week. They are still saying I have mobile service. I explained for 3 and half months that I dont, to remove any mobile line they claim I had/have.

Comcast’s bad business practices

Billing is a joke. Canceled cable, told I must drive 30 minutes one way to return equipment at my expense because they close customer service centers. Comcast has a monopoly and requires a class action lawsuit for their unethical business practices.

Comcast - Mailing their equipment back

Last straw. Tacking a mobile bill to my tv payment. I do not have a mobile phone with them. Being deali g with this since January. Mailing their tv box and router back tomorrow. They lied to me, broke their contract, and tried to defraud me into paying for a service I dont have. I will not pay these pirates a dime. Do not get messed up with them.

Comcast - Bad policies

Have been reaching out to Xfinity/Comcast several times a week since January. Last time, last week. A "Tier 2" supervisor (what ever that means) rudely told me I have to pay for mobile service I dont own nor have. I am boxing up their cable equipment to send back tomorrow. I refuse to be defrauded, lied to, and price gouged. They broke the contract so I will not pay.

Comcast in Stockton, California - Sneaky Financial Business Practices

Our account was incorrectly sent to debt collections due to not returning our equipment. We did return the equipment and we have receipts to show proof. After almost 2 years of back and forth between Comcast and the Debt Collection Agency, it was resolved in 8/2018. The Debt Collection agency sent a letter to my email which I also forwarded to Comcast showing proof of case closed on 8/5/2018. Today which is 4/1/2019, I get a call at work for the EXACT SAME ISSUE and DOLLAR AMOUNT different Debt Collector. I called Comcast and they didnt seem to know anything about the prior case being closed. I asked then why was it sent to a different Debt Collector? They had no answer. So this is year 2.5 of dealing with a dead issue that has been brought back to life.....

I received a new cable box a few months ago. It's been losing the signal and taking 5 minutes to reload. After reloading, I may or may not get a picture. This is happening every 5-10 minutes where the signal goes out, reloads, works for 5 -10 minutes and then goes out...

As someone who closely monitors their credit, I went in to Comcast in Crystal Lake, IL to inquire about getting a cable and internet package. The woman who helped me tried to get me to sign for their package even though I wasn't sure...I needed time to think about it....
