Cable is Out

Getting tired of the cable going off every two weeks. For the last Two years its Really got bad. Tired of this Damm Run around and everything else. Also paying high cable and the Damm thing not working

When are you getting the ACCN? This year or next year its been so much tough not see the ACCN on Comcast I know a lot of people are going to get rid of Comcast cable

Wires down

Yes You cant get anyone to speak to then when you do they dont UNDERSTAND that the wire are down in the ROAD I dont need to reset my box!!!!

Get cable buried after waiting 2 months

Technician never put order in-now potentially have to wait until spring if ground freezes between now and time 3rd party can get out here

Problem paying my bill

I have paid my last bill with Comcast and returned all the equipment a year later someone contacted me from collection with unpaid balance. I have been mover 5yrs customers with Comcast yet this what I get with a company.

The cable line on the outside of my house was chewed through by a squirrel. I spent 63 min. on the phone to get someone to get an appointment to repair the line. They gave me a ticket # and would call me to set up an appointment. Never did get a call. I called back and spent another 22 min. to get told they would be here on Nov. 24 twenty-one days from today. Told them that was way too long to wait. Now I was told again they will call me back to make another appointment. Will see how this going to go.

No way to talk to the people you need to reach

Phone system maze. I needed to reach the Comcast Physical line department to report wires down and was unable to report this hazard. Lines are still down and are a safety hazard at two different homes. Comcast has no means of having this information reported to them. Too bad. They must have good lawyers and tons of liability issues. Do not bother trying to reach them if your lines

I keep getting different prices from them I even double paid by accident did they send it back *** no they applied it to the bill and still charged me more was told my bill should be $165.70 and they are still trying to get me to pay $192.70 on the 3rd if they keep asking for that I will turn off my auto pay until they make it right they owe me money not me owe them

Your customer service sucks and your phone tree does not respond to your voice very well! Also need to have better English speaking live agent if these calls are going to be outsourced overseas

In 3 months my bill went up 80 dollars

I made a payment and they kept taking money out of my account with out asking me if its a ok time to pay . Each time they took more and more .

What I am being billed for

Why now twice 143.00 dollars have been declined I know about the one on August 11/2021 that was paid and never returned or canceled wanting my bank to find that money. I am very confused on a payment of 143.00 dollars on August 20/2021 was returned to my account on October 28/2021. That will baffle my mind forever. A payment in August was returned to my account in October 2 months later why? Respectfully, Jason Vargo
