Comcast in Decatur, Illinois - He *** me in the *** without lube
i will not mention his name. but he violated me anally and didnt even oblige me a reach around, im sad he didnt even care about my feelings enough to call me back the next morning i am a single white male no homo i took the time out to cook a nice dinner, buy a nice suit and shave my balls im thinking of going to his house on west rock springs road but i feel that i will just get my feelings hurt even more, thanks to you comcast for making me feel raped peckerwoods *** *** ***
Comcast - Same old movies !
Comcast thinks we're all ***. The reason we watch the same movies over and over and over --- they want us to expand our service. The free On Demand Movies come back every 3 months as NEW movies, GIVE ME A BRAKE. Some movies I know by heart. I've been looking into alternative t.v. I may be changing my cable provider and getting into satellite as I'm paying for the same thing constantly. Besides, what do I have to lose? At least I'd be watching something new. Wake-up Comcast your tactics won't be tolerated any longer!!!
Comcast Rips Me Off
I purchased the NHL sports package through Comcast. They decided not to show the playoffs, even thought that is included in the package they sell. After an hour of trying to explain what the problem was to 3 customer service buffoons, I finally talked to an upper level supervisor. She placed me on hold while she contacted someone to clarify the problem. In the end, she explained that Comcast didn't have enough channels to air the NHL playoffs, so they chose not to show those games, even though I prepaid for those. In other words, they sold me something and failed to provide what was promised. Rip Off!!!!!!
Comcast in Elmhurst, Illinois - New installation next residence, they disconnected my service
On 4/9 I called comcast and complained cable lines to new neighbor connection all over my backyard. while i was gone they came out and flagged the area but disconnected my service! when i returned I had no service and had to set jan appt of which theyonly do appts.with a 4 hr. window. Which meant I had to take leave from my job to be home in order to get it fixed because of carelessness of installers. I lost 4 hours of work and pay of which I had no fault. Hopefully these complaints are read by the company. This is the second time I have problems with the service.
Comcast screws the little guy again!
I am a Comcast cable customer subscribed to their extended basic package. Today, one more of my channels disappeared from my line-up. I called them and was told that they removed the channel from my line-up so they can expand service. I asked if it was to expand my extended basic set-up and was told that it was for one of the higher tiered packages. This is the third or fourth channel that has been removed from my line-up in the past two years so that they can "expand service". My service is never the one being expanded. My bill hasn't decreased even though I am now receiving less in service than when I signed up with Comcast. I was told that if I want the missing channel(s) I should sign up for the digital package. This seems ridiculous since on June 12th all goes digital anyway. I know that it is a matter of what is provided in a package, but why is my package constantly being downgraded so they can expand the higher earning packages. This is a rip-off of the little guy. I don't want their digital package. I was getting all I wanted with the extended basic and now I feel like I am being forced into a higher priced set-up. Well, I guess I am going to have to finally make the switch to another provider like Direct TV; however, one thing will still remain the same as with Comcast -- too many sports programs for my liking. I don't want to have 29 sports channels or satellite radio just so I can get the channels I do want. When oh when will a la carte TV be available? I am so sick of this whole thing!
Comcast in Jackson, Michigan - Charging more for same phone service
I had Comcast cable and internet,and vonage for the phone service for $24.99 because comcast didnt offer it. When they finally offered it in our area it was the same price but for local calling only.They finally included long distance at the same price and called us once a week to switch.WE finally agreed and after the switch they said we would have to pay a $50 deposit.The old bait and switch.Then they said they werent charging me any more than Vonage.I wont go into the detail except that they switched me back to vonage after my very firm and semi loud voice and no cussing.theyre all crooks.g everingham
Comcast in Mount Laurel, New Jersey - Comasters service the man i talked to about a trailer was mean and dis respectil.
on sat april 4 i went to the store to buy a trailer, 5x6 there was one on the lot. i took the paper out of the holder and went to customer service. the lady call some man, i think his name was doug. i told him that i wanted to buy this trailer, he stated that he does not have any in stock. i show him the paper and he stated that it was sold. the man was very disrespectful, and acted like he did not care. he would not even check if any other store had one. thanks
Comcast Cable TV
We are trying to find out the cost of 4 TV's in our house, which are not Digital or HD, to get hooked up to Comast digital service when it beings in June. We have talked to about 4 different people at Comcast, and either the person won't tell us if we need boxes and won't quote prices, or another says we will need boxes which will cost $8.95 after the first one, and another says we won't need boxes at all as we are connected to Comcast cable. We currently do have Comcast cable. Also, the Comcast cable TV ads all say that if "you are connected to Comcast cable, you don't have to do anything to get the digital channels." Baloney!!! Comcast has already changed over to digital on 4 different stations -- do I have to tell you that we cannot access those four channels any more. We don't want to get rid of Comcast, as where we live they are the best (and really) the only choice. But we would like some honest information. Are they afraid to tell the truth?
So Comcast tells it's customer's that if you have cable, you don't need to worry about going from analog to digital TV. You're covered right. Now Cartoon network is transmitting on a digital signal and you can't get it "unless you have a DIGITAL CONVERTER WITH...
Comcast in Maplewood, New Jersey - Rude and Nasty Customer Service and Liars
I picked up (2) adapters on Saturday, or shoudl I say they were thrown at me. Customer Service refused to make a tech appt for installation for me and told me "to do it myself" - "then call the number on the box for help". I ask for a guide for our On-Demand remote and it was also tossed at me and I was told " I could have printed this off on the internet". I was told to pick up my adapters at my local cable office and was not looking forward to going there. I was also told that I could make an appt for tech to install. Well, now I have my adapters and I actually got one to work but I can not get channel AMC, the whole reason why I am getting adapters and getting stuck with On-Demand in the first place. I call and let them know that AMC is n/a so they want to send a tech out and charge me for it.
