Comcast - Cant get in touch by phone or chat

1 hour 17 min wait. How cheap. Hire more people. This is an ongoing problem with this company. It never improves but the charges always go up. After holding 10 min it went from a nice voice mail about how important we are as customers to static and never regained any voice. Hung up! I think they do this on purpose. Sad business model.

Internet band width has been reduced from 45 to 7 mb/sec. no way to approach anyone. Online robot resets your modem. Calling again in half an hour, again reboot modem. Corona virus is not blocking the online support. How to get help?

Trouble service for a long time..drop signals..comcast replace wiring...signal still drops. Comcast says cannot fix problem until 4/26/2020 Forget it!! Comcasts wants payment now...but no service..wow. are you kidding? So I discontinued service.

Comcast - They are terrible, charging exorbitantly for services not provided when on "seasonal hols' and living 1800 miles away!

Because of health concerns I spend many months living in Arizona while avoiding the often severe winters experienced in Rockford, IL. We put our Xfinity services on a "seasonal" hold, but Comcast continues to charge $8 a month (each) for phone, Internet, and TV even though I'm 1800+ miles away using none of those services, NONE I have complained about the excessive charges in the past, but apparently that wasn't enough of an insult, so now they have now ADDED a $14.95 "Broadcast TV service fee"! The net result is that I'm being charged $42.98 a month for absolutely NOTHING! While in Arizona I make no use of my Internet, phone, or TV, and do not need their BOGUS "limited services" they try to articulate as justification for their rip off pricing! I need nothing while I'm 1800 miles away! I understand the technology, it's all done on computers, a click and services are on, another click and they stop! While in AZ I use COX cable, and for less money I get more channels and HBO! When I leave they press their button, and I pay $10+ a month which is basically the rental charge for the modem staying in place, NOT a contrived $43 to fleece their customers!

User's recommendation: AVOID if you can or take Internet only and use a digital antennae and other devises for channels or video services you want!

Comcast - Cancel service

First I am not a posed customer like this email states. I am canceling services for financial reasons. I did call I several occasions you reduce bill but Comcast couldnt come up a acceptable offer.

User's recommendation: Offer better deals to retain customers especially with other like products for a fraction of the cost. Comcast just lost a 20+ year customer. It really is sad.

Internet bounces in and out and then Im paying for Max Speed internet and Im lucky if I get a quarter of it. I dont understand. If you cant even come close to the speed you offer DONT OFFER IT! FINE Go

In this time of national crisis when parents don’t know what to do with their children and I worried a bout a roof over their head and feeding them our only outlet for education and entertainment would be Cable service but Comcast only believes in sending out Cancellation notices this company is all about the all mighty dollar I understand they are do their funds but this is nothing but greed in a time of need A little compassion might be very helpful
