Comcast stands behind fraudulent solicitor

Comcast refuses to listen to the solicitor phone call with me which will prove I was mislead on the amount I was going to be paying. Instead of having us listen to the phone call together they have told me I need to sue them to get the phone call records. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!! The whole issue could be solved if we listen to that phone call together, but they still refuse. they're trying to tell me I agreed to something, but I did not!!!!! they have the phone call to prove it but won't let us listen to it.

Comcast in Baltimore, Maryland - *** customer service

My cable box went up so I contacted Comcast to bring a new box out to my home.First time service tech brought wrong box 2nd time wrong box so instead of them coming back to fix thier mistake they give me a customer credit for 6 months therefore putting a bandaid on the real problem at hand which is the wrong box. So now after 6 months it's still my problem. Still no box for the TV I own ( not HD ready) and they refuse to deal with thier mistake. I've been a Comcast customer for almost 10 yrs now never been late. Never been a problem but I've never ever had such terrible customer service from any company as I have from Comcast employees. I was told by one employee that she's sorry I feel frustrated and she will connect me with the cancellation Dept ? I never said anything about cancelling but I'm seriously considering making the change.

Comcast - Billed almost double of what was offer

Comcast solicitor called me. I kept saying i wasnt interested. I was about to hangup when was offered a great deal. I agreed to it. When i received the bill it was close to double what i agreed to. Comcast will not correct the bill. They wont answer my continued requests to speak to a manager

In April 12 2917 my bill was for $266.00 My service was disconnected on April 14. On my 11. Comcast deducted $100.00 and May 12. Deducted $151.59 from my account. And when the account was opened the payment were in advance. So they sent me a check for $152.33 back...

Comcast in Rockford, Illinois - NOT for Business

We went to Comcast to save money. Opposite effect! First they fried our phone system by installing their equipment wrong and backfeedng the signal. Then they refused to take responsibility and referred me to their subcontractor. Then it took over a week to get our phones numbers ported over so we had no company phones. Funny things was, all we had to say was that we were trying to switch over to Comcast and everyone was understanding (I guess they already knew how bad Comcast was). That should have chased us of their service butt we decided to stick with it since it was so difficult to switch all communications over. Now, their equipment had failed and we are waiting for days for a tech. We are a business that is basically shut down without internet and phones. We were told a tech will be here between 10 and 12 today, however, that turned out to be incorrect. The 2 hour windows are for residential customers, business customer windows are actually 4 hours! So the people relying on the service to be reliable for their literal livelihoods are less important! I am posting this via my cell phone - that is how sick and tired I am of Comcast! If you are considering them for your company's service, do so at your own peril!

COMCAST IS THE WORST ISP EVER!!! I have paid and paid and paid and my balance just keeps going up. They tell me they returned payment even though they never return the payment! Thieves! Comcast tells me to call my bank and my bank says that Comcast took the payment and never returned it. My bank even stated I wasn't the first person to fall victim to Comcast STEALING. Every time I go to a store or call they tell me they are unable to resolve my issue and direct me to someone else. They will turn my service back on for the time being just to get me off the phone or out of the store. So I have service for a day or 2 then it goes off again and i'm back to square 1. My bill is now up to $454!!! Eventho I have made a payment of $124.96 2 times a month for the last 3 months ($749.76 HMM I'M NOT A MATHEMATICAL GENIUS BUT I SEE AN ISSUE HERE). Not to mention every time they reinstate my service they charge me reactivation fees even though they admit it is an error on their end. In short they are stealing my money and telling me to take it up with the bank. Moreover, after being transferred 5 times a lady suggested I go to an atm drive out of my way to a store and pay in cash and to remember the employee who I gave the cash to and keep the receipt. Am I buying drugs or paying for an Internet Service Provider??I will not rest until someone can help me. I WILL POST ON EVERY PAGE AND EVERY WEBSITE UNTIL I HAVE AN ACCOUNT CREDIT. Comcast - Can't Even Order PPV

Comcast's customer service via telephone is horrible to say the least! We can't even purchase PPV programs without calling and having a representative manually connecting it for us. To make it worse, the person we spoke with tonight had NO CLUE on how to do this, so we had to cancel our order! We are VERY unhappy with Comcast, and we are searching for another cable provider. I've been a loyal customer for many years, but this has to stop! If I could have left zero stars, I would have!

Two Year Contract with Comcast

I have a two year contract agreement with comcast. The representative from comcast told me that my monthly payment is $158 +. The 2nd month they overcharge me and my bill was $249.58. After complaining to them , they flow rate the overcharges and my bill was less for 3 months. After that, for seven months I was paying $158 +. Then it goes up to $163+ for the next 4 months. This June my bill is $169+, and I talked to comcast representative whats the reason. She told me that the cost of rental dvr box is reason, since the promotion offer expired and expected my bill for July 2017 will be $176+. My contract will expired next January 2018, hope and pray Spectrum Cable will be here at that time.
