Unable to restore my internet and TVs waiting for 3 hours

Unable to get an agent on phone, waiting to restore my service since 12:00pm No signal on my TVs, I keep trying to call Their main number and its almost 4:00 pm No service yet. They supposed to be troubleshooting without success!

Cannot get CBS chsnnel 813

I have been trying for several weeks to get a channel. Comcast cannot even resolve the issue. Their follow through is horrible. Were supposed to contact me within 72 hrs. Never contacted me. Their xfinity assist system is a joke. No one answers. Very dissatisfied customer. I pay an astronomical $163 month for very poor service.

When are you going to stop screwing us for service

Basic bundle - $185+, then $198+ in Jan and was told $244+ in Feb. When does it stop? If I drop tv they quoted me $136 for landline/internet.

Language difficulty

When I call Comcast customer service I generally get someone in the Philippines. They are very nice people and try to help and seem to know English well but frequently their accent is so thick that I cannot understand them. This is a common occurrence. I have interacted with many Filipino people during my life and the only problem I have had with communication is with Comcast agents who happen to be in the Philippines.

Service issue

Comcast is way overpriced, they dont haveTech Support in America, well I should say they do not speak English, very hard to understand anything that is said to me.

They rake us price wise and then pay low wages to workers.

Their policies stink. My box has an issue, yellow light flashing continually and when commercial ends the screen freezes doesnt return to program.

I am in middle of promo. They are sending me a new box.

My current price $131.57 mo after box replaced new price $147.87.

there box fee is going up to 9.00 next year ( not sure date yet) from 7.50 currently seems your on the most expensive plan perhaps the 125 channel plan this is that amount total so i could be wrong

Nothing but frustrating if you can ever talk to a real human being. Despite having no internet service for a week they could not or would not schedule a service technician for another week! That is just unacceptable performance.
