I upgraded my plan to the best that you offer 1000 mbps 220+ channels and the XFI modem and ever since I received the XFI modem my internet has been complete garbage and then with the Coronavirus going on I cant get anyone on the damn phone to answer other questions I have so I need someone to call me back ASAP

They fixed the issue and told me they have never seen a cancelation witth no notes or anything and it never happened again! Comcast has treated me way better than ATT prior to getting Comcast

When I called to see why my service was canceled the automated voice wouldnt connect me to a customer service rep. Im pissed I just got services not even two weeks ago!!!!

I also filled a complaint with the FCC, it got there attention. Comcast sent me a B.S. letter, but that's all.

I signed up with Comcast/Xfinity Nov. 2018. When I signed I wanted the Golf channel & Turner classic movies, & because of the package I chose I also received Starz at no charge. Since the original contract or agreement I've lost Turner and now I just lost Starz. I feel that if I am locked in for 2yrs, Comcast should be as well. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT. They will stab you in the back first chance they get.

I made the mistake of signing on to a 7 day trial. But the make it impossible to get it cancelled. They put me on hold for 90 minutes and their chat line is a freaking joke! I believe their intent is for you to give up and just let it go. I cannot wait to dump these guys. If you watch any channel with any frequency they pull it off your list and want you to pay for it. THEY EVEN PULLED MY RELIGIOUS CHANNEL OFF AND REQUIRED A PAYMENT TO WATCH IT. THEY EVEN CHARGE YOU A TRUMPED UP $8 MONTHLY ON A SPORTS CHANNEL YOU NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AND WILL NOT REMOVE IT. I HAVE HAD SERVICE PEOPLE HERE AROUND 5 TIMES IN A 60 DAY PERIOD.
