Comcast - Terrible customer service

I need to talk to a HUMAN!!! This doesn't seem possible with this company. You don't even give that option on your website. If I am a paying customer I should be able to get help, even if it doesn't fall into one of your pre-set questions.

Comcast - NUMEROUS violations by this monopoly "company"

I could give a summary in detail, but it would take FAR, FAR more text than I would ever be allowed to post. Suffice it to say, that this company, at least in THIS particular instance, has now chosen to gouge me monetarily after forcing me against my will to sign a "contract" following their REFUSAL to comply with mutually agreed and contracted upgrades to my service then. I will HAPPILY give full details to anyone who wishes to know them and who chooses to contact me. Oh, and by the way, I made a detailed post to Comcast's forum about the problems (the immediate ones anyway) thy have given me. Within moments, OOPS!!!...my forum post IMMEDIATELY 'disappeared'... Looks like someone REALLY didn't want what I said visible......

I could go into it in detail, but it would take FAR, FAR more text than is allowed. I'll just say that THIS time, this company continues to gouge me after refusing to provide the services we mutually contracted for, and anybody who wishes can contact me and I'll HAPPILY provide details.

User's recommendation: Stay FAR AWAY if possible.

It was because one of your employees came to my door late and said he could not hook up my Comcast cause it was too cold. Sad excuse. Ever since then I didn't want Comcast service and don't worry I don't want it now. Comcast service is sad.
