Comcast triple play

Currently I am stuck in a 36 month contract. First year of service was good but the last 5 months service has dwindled to cable freezes longer than 5 minutes in excess of 10 times a day most days I have no phone service internet speeds are less then one quarter of what thay sold me when and if it works today is a good day though it has only stalled once for a few minutes whale Taiping this thay say its a line problem and thay will get to it when thay get to it but its been 5 months and I can't get out of the contract. So buyer beware thay will *** every way thay can and you have ferry little recourse triple play means no TV no internet no phone but a bill higher than thay quoted you!

Comcast in Meridian, Mississippi - Worst company

so I am in pain just having pins and plates on a 3 break broken leg. I have been recovering in front of TV with nothing to watch when I get a sales call to switch to better service and include phone. the girl tells me we split the installation fee also. So I said if I get 3 more DTA boxes can he program my remotes to them while he is here. She said sure just call customer service and have them shipped by the install date. All was well until I called to get the DTA boxes. I don't know what was wrong with the girl but she said there was no way the tech would touch those DTA Boxes. So I said I would have them picked up from cable office and hooked up but I wanted the remotes programed so I would not have two remotes if possible. She said that could not be done without charging. When I agreed to that she told me she could not put in an order for the boxes until after the install order completion. By this time I wanted to know who was lying, the one that sold me the service or her. prior to the call I answered yes to taking a survey about the call. Guess the survey is rigged along with the run around because I never got a call back for the survey what a way to treat a $2,500 a year customer!! I will take my business elsewhere. I know a lot of people that are happy with Dish and Direct and save a lot of money so I will call Comcast 'the worst company in the world also'.

Loyal Comcast customer for 12 years, moving on to Fios.

I moved into a new home and waited for 30 days before getting any action on a connection into the home. On move in day, Comcast installer came in and determined there was line from the outside; stated it would take anywhere from 1-2 months due to permits and digging.

However within 48 hours Comcast techs and the utility people would be in contact. Utility folks came out marked the street but no Comcast. Instead, I start getting dropped calls on my cell phone from Boston, Mass. Apparently, there auto dialer is fouled up and I need to call them!

I relay the fact that the dialer is bad and tell them I'm not ready to re-schedule an install, as there is no connection into the house. Can they help? No but I should call tech support or sales or customer service. Really, geez why didn't I think of that!

Well, after 4 weeks of calling the Comcast departments and countless of "service order requests", I called for a supervisor. Chewed this person out for the complete lack of communication. So many promises that they would call me back and never EVER received a call from Comcast. On the final day, since my account was pending due to lack of installation after the move, policy calls for them to lock you internet mail and delete from the server after 30 days.

How friendly of them...I am now a drain on their server memory. Well finally met with someone who claims techs were out that week and confirms that a line has been buried. News to me - techs were there 5 minutes, never knocked and left. So decided that an installer SHOULD come out and sort all of this out.

Gentlemen comes out and confirms: NO BURIED LINE or connection to the home. You know what Comcast, I called Verizon Fios on Friday and within a week I had a line connected and home installation scheduled. More importantly, they contacted me 3 times to confirm the appointment and followed up on the outdoor line work. For an area that is supposedly serviced ONLY by Comcast, LO AND BEHOLD VERIZON got the job DONE!!!

And the Comcast rep misrepresented the "telecom" box in my yard (said it was from the electric company). Guess what: It's where the fiber optic comes in!!!!

It now has the Verizon Fios box in it's place. What a BAD BAD company.

Comcast in Doylestown, Pennsylvania - No show even before starting the service

Comcast deliver wrong information they said there is no waiting period but when you order have to wait for days and when the date schedule comes the tech does not show up so have to call again to schedule but still no show.This is the worst customer service provider, i can imagine how frustrted all the existing customers are , i have to cancell my order even before the internet is connected if they don' t show up they should atleast make a call but they have no clue.Com Cast away worst ever over promise but under deliver. Hope you show up forever because i am not interested anymore buying their product.

Comcast is the worst.

I've had Comcast (Comcrap) for 8 years....constantly have internet, home phone and tv problems. I feel sorry for their customer service reps...Obviously no one of the supervisors and above give a ***. All the "canned responses" makes me ill. If you really cared...you would fix the problems. Last straw with them, I'm going to Direct TV on Monday.....I had an appt with them for Friday or Saturday to come out, when they could...I had no phone or internet service...been a week now, no one showed up wither day, no phone call, no nothing.....

Cuz Comcast is the only service in the area. Look up monopoly in the dictionary.

Haha, 8 years with issues and you still have them? Sounds like a lie to me.

Quit complaining and tell the truth. No one would deal with something that long not working.

FYI- 2nd time trial ( Cable service with Comcast, not sure why?)

Very poor service. I did make 1 mistake and forgot to get mail/electronic payment for Oct 31,2017; no reminder to call or email from Comcast?

Granted it was my mistake-1 time in 7 years.

New phone # from Comcast 2-3 weeks ago-assigned from Comcast-(360-572-0930) no messages or contact, just disconnected my phone, TV and internet! I called and talked to 7 people/Comcast people. I Paid what was owed and gave out my debit card number and 2 checking account #s against my will/better judgement. Argued for 2-3 hours and 5 phone calls and still no service connected?

Extremely poor customer service; I was very upset! IF I treated any of my Boeing customers-suppliers/Airlines that way I would have been FIRED! NO excuses from your Comcast employees to treat me that way! My wife Helen and I will be seeking another Cable company.

We wish you could establish a much better professional service to your customers.

Comcast, the worst public company..

all i can say is comcast has to be the absolutely worst run public company in existance. i am leaving as fast as i possibly can. would go back to radio before staying with them. their signal is awful, breaks up, audio and video, their response to issues a joke, but the price continues to rise, pay more for less i believe is their motto. when asked to provide the cost of service beyond the time our contact expires am told they cannot do so until the date of expiration. think they feel that keeps us with them as we panic over the possible loss of service. no panic here, i am all done.

Comcast tefuses to fix putage

All Comcast services have been down for 4 days. Phone, internet and TV all do not work. No storm, no wiring problem at our house and no.one at Comcast will help. Multiple calls with only a vague response that might send a service tech in 3 more days. Cannot make emergency calls, security system cannot be monitored, no severe weather alerts, no email, no TV. No effort at all on their part to even diagnose the problem and did not escalate the case, just smugly said 'first cone, first serve' so they put new installs ahead of us and everyone else who is down.

:cry i never have service and i pay alot pf money,then i find out that in my area i pay for 30 yr old out dated services i dont even get fiberoptics i get to pay for microwaves that fair huh.
