Problem with billing

I have autopay I received two bills this month both on the same day January 4 one was for $148.79 the other was for approximate $73. The approximate $73 is what I pay monthly for my bill through auto pay. I have no idea what $148.79 is for! Please let me know! This looks erroneous! And I am a *** customer.

Can’t talk with a live person

Cant get anything resolved on the automated system. You only have it set up to just not be able to talk to anyone Life try to get an issue resolved and he wont let you talk to anybody live to get the problem solved whats up with that

Low hanging wire

I called because there is a low hanging comcast wire in my front yard - as a result of all of the wind storms last week. I was told that someone would call me in a couple of days. It has been 5 days and no one has called yet!! Not too happy.

For two days trying to get new service at third home....

Issue with work done with cable line

My cable line was replaced by an outside company whom Comcast had come out to my house. I went out when they arrived to tell them about the dog wire fence surrounding the perimeter of my property and that I have a sprinkler system. Obviously they did not listen the dog wire was cut. I have called Comcast to let them know about my problem it is still not resolved
