Comcast - THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

This company bullies its costumers to pay more and more, it does not matter if you don't want streaming super high speed, they force you to pay for it, or leave. If you are a new costumer they might consider an affordable plan, but be prepared because for every reason your cost might jump at least 50 percent!!! Oh, they have a plan called Internet essentials for only 9.95$ but just try to apply, they have a big list of requirement and most likely you are not qualified for that. If you are an existing costumer, you are not qualified, this is just a cover up for self advertisement. Horrible!!!

I have a contract with them, i move from one house to another, i transfer the cable from one address to another this was done in 24 hours period. The company charge me with early termination contract for my old house and charge me with new contract almost $300.00...

Comcast is horrible!! I am a single retired woman and my xfinity package just went up to $180.

I called and cancelled it all. Then had 2nd thoughts and called to just get internet only. Was offered a total package for $94.99 with home phone and all taxes and fees included. I accepted!

Now they can't find any documentation and I've talked to many people there in last few days to get them to listen to that conversation that they recorded and agree that it was a verbal contract. Each person takes so much time.

Asking my name., Address, what services i like...bullshit stuff and I've spent hours on the phone with them. Now they say it will take maybe 5 days to review that call and get back to me.

September 10th, still no hope of anyone coming to restore services and we are 33 days in with nothing and no answers to when somebody might actually show up. Today I get to take on the billing department as there has been no credit to my account for September having no service and my October billing statement still showing that they are planning on deducting the full amount on my upcoming bill WHEN I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE!!! I broke down yesterday while waiting for latest update from my Xfinity app and called, once again, to customer service to see if there was any information on why they didn’t show Saturday and maybe even a rescheduled date. THERE WAS NEVER ANOTHER WORK ORDER PUT IN! Are you *** kidding me Comcast??? Of course I never get the same person twice. It’s like starting over ever time like I’ve never called before! I really wanted to believe the guy yesterday (I should know better) when he said he was giving my issues directly too his supervisor and either his supervisor or someone from the field office would be calling within the next hour or so. No call! Shocker right? I’m so far past being a pissed off consumer. This is without a doubt the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! And of course my handy dandy app now says my service should be up and running by 7:39 this morning! Once again not a truck in sight. Screw You Comcast

I have decided that I am going to review this issue as long as this crap continues! As previously mentioned still no service or communication from Comcast about when they are ever going to come here and reconnect the main cable line from Logan to the pole in my yard. No service since September 8th! No adjustment made to my account for charging me for the dates I’ve had no service or any adjustment to the upcoming autopay bill!!! The only thing that has changed are the times on my Xfinity app telling me when sevice will be restored! So far we’ve gone from 8:37 am to 12:27pm to the current update which is now 4:17 pm. Not one truck has been near my house. Not one person has called with amy updates! I don’t live way out in the country! I’m the first house off of a very busy road!!! This is outrageous!!! I’ll have to leave the latest update sideways because now it will only let me rotate the picture once and you can’t see the newest message!

Just so you can see, here’s the new update from my Xfinity app. This is what I’m dealing with all day everyday!!! NOTHING BUT BS!!! What Einstein is sitting in an office, not even knowing where I am, much less if there is ANYONE in my area who gives a rats *** whether I have service or not??? This will continue all day until the last update is 10:01 pm and nobody is working anywhere!!! As far as I’m concerned nobody IS working anywhere! They sure as *** aren’t working at this address! If anyone in this company thinks I’m comforted in the least by changing the expected resolution time, THEN YOU HAVE ALL LOST YOUR MINDS! It only *** me off more!

So - October 9th. No word from COMCAST, no trucks here working on the line. No refund from lasts months payment. I’d like to think that because it’s a holiday that it just has t posted to my account. BUT I DON’T BELIVE THAT! But everyday I check my Xfinity app just to see what lies the timeline they post on resolving my “issues”. First of all, this is not my issue! ITS COMCAST’S ISSUE!!! It’s now 8:26. The main line is still on the ground, no trucks anywhere, but here’s what my handy dandy app is telling me! Does anyone belive my “issues”will be resolved in the next 4 minutes??? It’s 8:32 now!!!

Here’s a shocker for everyone! STILL NO FREAKING COMCAST TRUCK, NO COMCAST TECHS AND STILL NO SERVICE!!! This is so far beyond ridiculous that I would be ashamed to work for this company! I have not had one single call from anyone period regarding any time that anyone will be here to fix this!!! One month and one day and still no service! Not even a truck in the neighborhood! And the most infuriating thing, except getting billed for services I DO NOT HAVE, IS THERE ARE COMCAST CUSTOMERS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD WHO HAVE FREAKING SERVICE!!! WHERE ARE YOU AND WHY AREN’T YOU AT LEAST CARING ENOUGH TO *** CALL ME AND TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT WHY YOU ARENT CAPABLE OF FINDING SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND GET THE ONE FREAKING LINE CONNECTED TO THE POLE. So here I am, one month to the day, STILL WITH NO COMCAST/XFINITY SERVICE!!! Yesterday the 4th group of service techs came out AGAIN with the WRONG information about the issue here!!! I am dealing with multiple no customer service people who, for some reason, CANNOT RELAY ACCURATE INFORMATION! I am beyond pissed off!!! The main cable line from Logan to the back of the house where the new pole sits hopelessly waiting is still laying in the same spot on the ground where it has been since September 8th! WTF??? Are you kidding me? So again spoke to a different person yesterday who admitted that the work order was put in wrong - EVERY TIME! And of course she assured me that she was putting the CORRECT information in and that someone was scheduled to be here yesterday to “resolve the problem”. My Xfinity app said the the problem should be resolved by 2:19 pm yesterday. At 3:00 I checked it again. Thy time had moved to 6:10, the it changed to 8:23, then back to 6:10, then tom10:01 pm WHICH IS ONE MINUTE AFTER THEY DO NOT DO ANY WORK!!! The 4th group came out around 6:00, as I just stated HAD THE WRONG INFORMATION AND COULD NOT FIX IT!!! Now the app says the issue should be resolved by 9:33 this morning! It’s 8:09 now and I know it’s a shocker but there are no Comcast trucks anywhere near my house!!! This is insanity and I am more than just pissed off now! And here it gets even more *** up! I have always used auto pay. So I see they deducted my payment for last month for the full amount WHEN I HAVEN'T HAD SERVICE SINCE SEPTEMBER 8th!!! And on top of that I get an email to view my upcoming scheduled payment and it’s for more than I have ever paid AND I STILL DON’T HAVE ANY SERVICE!!! Have you COMCAST LOST YOUR *** MINDS??? So now I’m not only having to fight the no customer service department but I now have to go to war with the freakin’ billing department as well! This is the worst experience with any company I’ve EVER dealt with!!! If any of you have options for cable, STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST!!! IF there is anyone with a functioning brain in the company, YOU’LL NEVER GET TO SPEAK TO THEM!!! COMCRAP YOU SUCK!!!

It happens on a regular basis.
