Here’s a shocker for everyone! STILL NO FREAKING COMCAST TRUCK, NO COMCAST TECHS AND STILL NO SERVICE!!! This is so far beyond ridiculous that I would be ashamed to work for this company! I have not had one single call from anyone period regarding any time that anyone will be here to fix this!!! One month and one day and still no service! Not even a truck in the neighborhood! And the most infuriating thing, except getting billed for services I DO NOT HAVE, IS THERE ARE COMCAST CUSTOMERS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD WHO HAVE FREAKING SERVICE!!! WHERE ARE YOU AND WHY AREN’T YOU AT LEAST CARING ENOUGH TO *** CALL ME AND TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT WHY YOU ARENT CAPABLE OF FINDING SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND GET THE ONE FREAKING LINE CONNECTED TO THE POLE. IF I KNEW HOW I WOULD DO IT MYSELF!!! Comcast is without a doubt the absolute worst when it comes to customer service!!! If you have an option for Summit or any other cable service, TAKE IT!!!

Comcast - Worst service EVER!!!

So here I am, one month to the day, STILL WITH NO COMCAST/XFINITY SERVICE!!! Yesterday the 4th group of service techs came out AGAIN with the WRONG information about the issue here!!! I am dealing with multiple no customer service people who, for some reason, CANNOT RELAY ACCURATE INFORMATION! I am beyond pissed off!!! The main cable line from Logan to the back of the house where the new pole sits hopelessly waiting is still laying in the same spot on the ground where it has been since September 8th! WTF??? Are you kidding me? So again spoke to a different person yesterday who admitted that the work order was put in wrong - EVERY TIME! And of course she assured me that she was putting the CORRECT information in and that someone was scheduled to be here yesterday to “resolve the problem”. My Xfinity app said the the problem should be resolved by 2:19 pm yesterday. At 3:00 I checked it again. Thy time had moved to 6:10, the it changed to 8:23, then back to 6:10, then tom10:01 pm WHICH IS ONE MINUTE AFTER THEY DO NOT DO ANY WORK!!! The 4th group came out around 6:00, as I just stated HAD THE WRONG INFORMATION AND COULD NOT FIX IT!!! Now the app says the issue should be resolved by 9:33 this morning! It’s 8:09 now and I know it’s a shocker but there are no Comcast trucks anywhere near my house!!! This is insanity and I am more than just pissed off now! And here it gets even more *** up! I have always used auto pay. So I see they deducted my payment for last month for the full amount WHEN I HAVEN'T HAD SERVICE SINCE SEPTEMBER 8th!!! And on top of that I get an email to view my upcoming scheduled payment and it’s for more than I have ever paid AND I STILL DON’T HAVE ANY SERVICE!!! Have you COMCAST LOST YOUR *** MINDS??? So now I’m not only having to fight the no customer service department but I now have to go to war with the freakin’ billing department as well! This is the worst experience with any company I’ve EVER dealt with!!! If any of you have options for cable, STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST!!! IF there is anyone with a functioning brain in the company, YOU’LL NEVER GET TO SPEAK TO THEM!!! COMCRAP YOU SUCK!!!

Comcast - Have to reset cable TV box all the time

It happens on a regular basis. Usually when trying to use the dvr This forum is a pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain pain I just wanted to make a brief comment and I have to waste time typing 100 meaningless word. I am now a pissed customer at pissed customer. I guess I need to ad another 30 or so words. What a pain what a pain what a pain what a pain what a pain what a pain. Comcast - COMCRASH SUCKS!! 100mb/sec package, YEAH RIGHT!!
Supposed to be getting an "Upgraded" package @ 100mb/download, and I can barely get 25-39mb on a good day!! Cannot believe I have been a customer for more than 2 years! I use a smart tv, and it has trouble streaming 480p content! They send multiple (different) techs...

Here we go again w an issue: Internet not connecting to TV Been on phone over 30 minutes On Demand has not worked in 2 months I pay $200 a month to XFinity

Like many people in southwest Florida who are still recovering from hurricane Irma, we are slowly putting our lives and proerty back together. I called Comcast right after the storm passed. I expected there to be a wait but at least wanted to get a service ticket in. I FULLY explained to the person on the phone that the pole that not only had the cable hooked up but the transformer for electric was destroyed by the storm. 12 days later the electric company put a new pole up and restored our service. So I called Comcast again, just to let them know we had power. The next person I spoke to informed me that THERE WAS NO RECORD OF ME CALLING BEFORE!!! So I tried to be nice and request that a new service order be generated. AGAIN I explained that the problem WAS NOT the connection inside the house but the main line attached to the pole as well as the outside cable were in pieces. Today was the THIRD service tech who showed up with the information that he was working INSIDE the house to restore service!!! Are you *** kidding me??? THIS IS NOT A TECH ISSUE!!! This is a horrible communication system with idiots answering the phones who could care less about the customer!!! So now 4 days short of a month I’m told it will be next week before the lines can be replaced and connected! There have been no less that four line trucks parked on side streets for the past two weeks ON THE MAIN ROAD WHERE MY CABLE IS BROKEN!!! Because my husband works from home AND WE HAVE NO COMCAST INTERNET SERVICE I have had to pay for going over my data plan because that’s the only internet we can get! I’ve had to change my plan so I have more data BECAUSE COMCAST CANT GET IT TOGETHER TO FIGURE THIS OUT! If and when this ever gets fixed somebody better give me a *** good reason to keep them as my provider!!! And although I expect them to, at the least, send us a gift card to reimburse the expenses for taking off work to be here as well as having to pay more for my *** cell service! I’m sure when pigs fly that will happen! You would think after the first guy came out and saw the lines down somebody would have the sense to communicate the problem! COMCAST - AS OF SEPTEMBER YOU SUCK!!! A feakin first grader could figure this problem out!

Comcast Never Changes

I have had several bad experiences with Comcast through the years and swore I would never use them again. My wife and I live in our RV and decided to get internet service. Of course our only choice where we live is Comcast. I knew better but decided to give it a shot again. I went to the store and picked up the equipment and installed it myself. It didn't work so I called for service. The agent told me there would be a $60 service charge "unless the problem was related to them". Turned out they cable running to my lot was bad and they had to replace it for my service to function. I asked the technician if I would be charged and he said "no it was a wiring problem on our part and you wont be charged". Well guess what the $60 charge is on my bill. I called and they said the "supervisor" would look at it and see what they could do. ten days later nothing, so I call again. The agent says "I see it was a wiring problem let me see what I can do" Another lady comes on and says "you were told there would be a $60 charge when you called". Of course I was told "unless it is our problem" which she would here none of. Anyway it always turns out the same way with this outfit. If you can avoid using them for anything by all means do so.

Comcast - Intermittent Service

Our electrical contracting business has had intermittent phone/internet service since 9/23/17. We are trying to provide service to our customers without power and also help with restoration in the Keys but our customers can't reach us by phone due to interrupted service. Everyday we call Comcast only to be given the standard scripted apology and that the service will be restored no later than 4PM. We had a service call schedule for today @ 11AM and at 11:39 when we called to get an ETA we were told it was rescheduled due to an outage in the area!!! WTH?!? Then spent 45 minutes on hold to get a supervisor on the phone only to be told that they were working on the issue and they "hoped" to have it resolved by 4PM. Do consumers have any recourse to a service contract that not only is NOT providing service but cost thousands of dollars a day to businesses in the area? We need to do something about the monopolies these companies have.

Comcast - Scheduled a technician

Very helpful agent (whose dialect I COULD understand) set up an appt for me the following week. A few hours later I received a call from someone I could not understand asking my problem and wanted to know if he could cancel appt for me?!?! If I want to cancel, I will call to cancel, don't know what that was all about! Comcast usually has the worst customer service of any company we deal with, just got lucky that I got a really helpful guy named Mike on a Saturday!! Wish I had gotten his last name so that I could send a letter of commendation.

Comcast - Left arm and leg for EPL Futbol!

Really NBC! Now you charge extra to watch EPL action!! Not is not enough that I already pay top dollar for my sports package, now I have to pay extra to buy an app to watch Manchester United play??!! In the meantime, ESPN & FoxSportsGo app is free, allows chrome play, and lets you watch replay games for free! Freakin capitalist! just like a big corp, suck the little people dry to feed the beast.

9/21/17 - southern florida - post irma - intermittent cable and internet service still today - no service for more than a week during hurricane. I understand, however confused why this company would not reach out to customers in a state of disaster and offer solutions. Instead i am on the phone for an hour arguing with Hazel in the phillipines for resolution. Wells fargo, chase etc have all offered delayed payments. Not xfinity even though their service was the first to fail. When I ask when my contract is up, i am again put on indefinite hold, this time disconnected. Florida is in a state of disaster, as many other territories are, but comcast wants their bills paid on due date regardless of lack of service. This is so unethical. I am disgusted with xfinity. Joy in Boca RN for 27 years Can't wait to terminate your lack of service.
