Comcast - On demand service a disgrace

We pay for on demand, but often get spotty availability for a program that should be on demand. Sometimes an episode or 2 or 3 are skipped and you can only access a much further into the season episode Now you can see where you can PURCHASE an episode but they don't allow you to view that same episode which is part of your plan. EG 90 Day Fiance. I can buy it, but can't view it today until Comcast decides I am allowed to view my free on demand episode. I have been told it's the network not releasing the episodes, but I know that almost all the time it is Comcast not putting the episode up. And btw Comcast, you should really look at who puts up the episodes and how they summarize. Not well summarized with mistakes! If any other business ran the way Comcast is run, it would have to close down. Because often it is the only choice for CABLE then it's who really cares about you, the one who needs us.

Comcast sent me a refund check after cancelling my order. I call to tell them the spelled my name wrong them cancell the check for $50.00 dollars and havent sent me another . I want to know where is my refund check. I want what belongs to me

Comcast in Seattle, Washington - No customer service at all

On September 18 Comcast had a subcontractor, Full Bore, lay cable for a neighbor through my front yard, ripping up same, taking out shrubs and raising driveway up to an inch over concrete gutter at street. I called Comcast several times but they didn't bother once to try to reach me. I called Woodinville police and officer said to find out how much to fix and pursue through civil means. On September 22 real estate agent was out to take pictures for selling my home of 40 years which was completed earlier this month but at what qualitative dollar amount was damage they caused? Comcast is a dying beast and now I know why people hate them.

Comcast in Denver, Colorado - Added charges

I have ghad my account hacked for baseball specials that were charged 200.oo to my account I went into Comcast and they said they fixed it. They did absolutely nothing. I have to pay additional charges for nothing I am retired and limited on funds Comcast also charged me for a bounced check that never ever happened I demonstrated that the charge was not accurate I gave them copies of my abank demonstrating excess funds after their bill was paid and they hit me with an bounced check for $50.00. This company needs a class action suit applied to them This is just WRONG I will not go auto pay bnecause of these issues These young people who work there just look at you like you are a convict. BAD COMPANY

Comcast - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I have had Comcast agents lie to me, give me a certain price for the internet and end up overcharging me for their service (MULTIPLE TIMES), and send me equipment after I specifically said I did not need them and then charged me for the equipment. WORST OF ALL, when I tried cancelling the service, they somehow convinced me to put my account on seasonal suspension for $7/month and then did not tell me when they took out the seasonal suspension from my account and charged me $20 for "PARTIAL CHARGES." I specifically asked the customer service rep, who convinced me to put my account on seasonal suspension, if there was going to be extra charges and she said NO. They always do this crap. I have spend AT LEAST 20 hours on the phone just talking to different customer service reps in the past year. SUCH a waste of time and energy. If there is any other internet service in your area besides Comcast, I would go with the other company. NO COMPANY CAN BE THIS BAD.

Comcast - Charged fee for their own faulty equipment

They lie and will not disclose prices of a tech visit before they visit even if it is to service their own equipment. The representatives did not tell me there would be a fee for a tech visit and I asked them to pull up the recorded chat and they said they did not have records of it. Comcast will try to get you for any fees they can. I am not going to pay this bill and let it sit forever as I am not responsible for something I was not told I would need to pay. I am going to make sure my friends dont ever sign up.

Comcast - No Service = Bad Service

A real horror story. I wanted to save money and decided to drop Fios. I called Xfinity and signed-up, gave my credit card, and scheduled the install (Nice feature! You can do that on the internet!). I received the email saying “We’ve Received Your Order, Thank you!”. At the time of the scheduled appointment, … nothing. Well, … not ‘nothing’. Fios did shut-off the service that day, as requested. I called Xfinity. Comcast (Xfinity) said that I did not have a ticket set-up. The email I received said that I would receive a call within 24 hours of getting the “We’ve-Received-Your-Order,-Thank-you!” email. Actually, I should’ve called and checked on things (I was told). Ok. My bad. So, set-up a ticket. The person helping me gave me a number to reference. As with the first order, I was promised that I would get a call within 24 hours. Guess what? It has been much more than 24 hours and *crickets* from Xfinity. I had Fios turn the internet back on. We started watching shows that I can get on the internet. Joined CBS All Access. Started watching more NetFlix and Amazon Prime. I think I will just let Comcast go quietly into the darkness and not bother them anymore since I am not a valued customer. I hope your experiences are better than my Trick-or-Treat experience with Comcast. Apparently, I missed the shock and horror of being a Comcast customer.

The only thing predictable about comcast is their abysmal service. Time after time, at 3 locations, the left hand didn't know what the right hand is doing. No show, no call, service date/time changes without ever contacting me, the customer. I could write volumes but will spare the reader the eyestrain. This company is a monopoly and simply doesn't give a *** about it's bill payers. We needed a piece of equipment shipped overnight and they sent the manual, but no document. Our business continues to be held captive by no connection or sporadic service. Repairs need repairs because they're not fixed right the first time. The complaints go on and on, and no follow up, no gratis to compensate their incompetence.

for the past 11 years I have lived at the house I live at now..ive had about 12 Comcast service tech guys here..my internet has kicked on and off,all day long,,Netflix half of the time could not even watch a movie..tring to do my work on my laptop..was frustraighting...half into my work and internet would say noo connection ...and everytime they would come out they would bring me a new internet box..didn't work..in the mean time..all this was going on.we didn't have another internet provider in out area..and Comcast new this...they raised my internet to 95.00 a month...just for internet..nothing else.. I cancelled my tv and phone service with them..cuz it was horrible as well...so finally midwest internet comes alone ...tells me the reason for my no internet connection is cuz..theres about 500 people that are sharing the same line..i was like what!!! that's why I was getting kicked off..and I ask comcast about this many times..they lied to me and said no...no one is sharing a internet line..and as talking with the people that live around me..there having the same problems...sooo we are all switching to Midwest..i heard they where great..and they have been here 3 times..getting my internet ready...I will have my own fiber line..and share with no one...oh and I pay 49..00 a month...well comcast looks like you have competition.. and I will never have your *** service again,,,
