Comcast - Cable in my YARD

I have had a cable running on the ground from one side of my yard to the other - AKA across my driveway, sidewalk, even into the road (since the cable is so long). I've called 3 times to put in work orders. They keep getting cancelled. I know at least two Comcast reps have been out to my house to look at it. The cable IS A HAZARD. We can't mow the lawn. We (and lots of other neighbors) walk our dogs, kids ride their bikes, and neighbors take walks ACROSS THE CABLE. Oh, and I forgot to mention ... IT'S NOT EVEN FOR MY SERVICE - IT'S FOR MY NEW NEIGHBOR. Been there since August. It's now the week before Christmas. I've received no phone calls from Comcast to check in with me. No one knocked on my door when the cable was installed.

Comcast - Bundles that are or should be illegal.

Details
Comcast bundles always includes religious channels. So some of the money I pay Comcast for these bundles includes money that goes to support religions that I am not affiliated with. They do not offer any option to replace these religious channels with others if I want. That is ILLEGAL & must be stopped,. HOW DO I DO THIS ???? I do not want to want my money to go to religious groups & want to have the amount of channels to WATCH that is advertised. At present I am getting less than what I signed up for because I will not & do not watch these Religious channels & want to have those channels REPLACED.

Comcast in Cape Coral, Florida - Worst company ever.. Really

We have been trying unsuccessfully for almost 2 weeks now to have internet installed at our new office. We were told early last week that the previous tenants had an outstanding balance and we had to send our lease in to expedite the process. We did that and were told last Wednesday that it had been approved and we would hear from Comcast immediately and we would be able to have the service turned on by the latest last Friday. In fact they told us they were fairly certain that they could turn it on remotely and could have been up and running later that day, or the following day on Thursday. Fast forward to today, a week and a half later.... We have left at least 10 messages for both the sales person Robert, and his manager Nicole over the last week. Neither of them return phone calls, or emails. ( I am more than happy to send screen shots of the phone calls made, and can forward emails that we have sent) I continually call in to Nicole's direct phone and leave her voice mails. I do not have a direct phone number for Robert so I call the main line and someone usually attempts reach him. Nicole has never actually answered the phone. Robert will communicate with the other sales reps either through instant messenger, or when I get someone helpful they will walk over to him and get the same response that we have been getting for 2 weeks. And this response is"we are currently in the process of building your account and we expect that to be completed anytime now". He will never actually pick up my phone call or return them when he says he will. Once again I was told this AM that he was taking inbound calls till noon and he would call me right after he was done. I was told to expect a call from him at 12:05. It is now 2pm and not only has he not called me, he refuses to answer my call. I am in an office that I am paying for that I cannot use as there is no data coming in. I called and scheduled Century Link and they were going to install today. I cancelled them yesterday as I was told Robert would call me first thing today to schedule our installation through Comcast. Needless to say, we are no where closer to having internet service at our office than we were 2 weeks ago when we started this process.

I call many time just to get only voice message over the phone to reboot many-times... I need to change my modem because the old modem was having a problem download too slower than the upload which i can not watching even you tube I keep calling but to no available...

I turn on my TV, I turn to chanel 909, there is a message stating we are upgrading your service, return later blah blah. I return later same message. (We are upgrading your service.)After spending 2 hours on the phone and numerous unplugs and " we are sending you a boost" etc. This agent puts me on hold for ten minutes returns and says this upgrade is taking away 909, also known as the ID ch. What the ***! They couldn't grandfather me in. Ludacris! Vicious! Money hungry billion dollar business! I'm disgusted and will for the next 6 months do my best to cut the cord and get the *** away from Comcast! The message should have read...we are downgrading your service!

Comcast - Scam company

My association pays all my basic cable and internet services, unfortunaly through Camcast, which has always found a way to add to my account. Every couple of months i experience major issues with them. Awful. Costumer service. They all work in a different page. The last one was a $99 bill for a Maywheather fight that I tried to order, but was never tranmitted to my cable box saying that it was too late too order it. And a $60 bill for a incall service. They charge to fix their own faulty equipment. Its a scam all around. But being the giant they are!! We are kind of difense less against them. We should all file a class action law suit against them.

Comcast - Customer service lied to me about changing payment date

I am so frustrated with Comcast Customer Service and am on the phone waiting a 1/2 hr for help on restoring my service. The customer service employees should not tell the customer that the payment date can be changed and then pull the money and it was not in my account and I have been charged overdraft fee. I have no choice to change cable companies because I'm stuck they are the only one in my town. I wish they would improve their customer service reps and train them properly. It's been a nightmare. I'm still on the phone for 45minutes for help.
