Cancel service

First I am not a posed customer like this email states. I am canceling services for financial reasons. I did call I several occasions you reduce bill but Comcast couldnt come up a acceptable offer.

User's recommendation: Offer better deals to retain customers especially with other like products for a fraction of the cost. Comcast just lost a 20+ year customer. It really is sad

Long Time Valued Customer!

We have been a customer for the last 16 years at our lake cottage. We have always been on the seasonal vacation plan. This year we experienced an emergency in the family and offered the cottage to a family member. Although the plan had been put on vacation, I had it turned on for a couple of months. When I went to put it back on seasonal hold, they refused offsetting the time by almost 6 months (additional cost of almost $700). They told me several times I was a very valued customer, but refused to offer a one time wavier for the seasonal hold. They left me no choice but to cancel the service and return the box. We live in a rural area where UPS or Comcast facilities are at the closest, 50 miles away. Long Time Valued Customer! (Ha)

I Will Never Recommend

I have attempted to change my package and plan due to cost and it has not happened even after I have spoken to several people who advised me of changes. I spoke to an individual on 1/16/2020 regarding the bill payment I was advised that I would have an extension to pay my bill to January 26, 2020. On 1/17/2020 my service was interrupted and I called in to be advised the only notes on the account is that I wanted to know about the payment on my bill. I was made out to be a liar no matter how many times I advised that the call needs to be pulled. I have to call every month to keep my service and it is now not worth it anymore. I pay a ridiculous amount of money to Comcast and I am thinking the best thing for me to do is move on due to the terrible customer service and the constant nickle and diming this company does. I have been a customer for over 7 years. I was advised that I would have to make a payment or I would never be able to make another arrangement ever again. I am so angry.

You will be on withthem for 2 to 3 hours to get changes on your account and disconects, and people in the departments who dont do right and screw it all up! ive been dealing with changing my services

I got comcast for my apt on Aug 2018,ever since it was installed I've had nothing but one issue after another. My tv screen would turn blue and a gray box in the center that said "no signal". I filed 2 complaints with the Ct Dept of Consumer Protection,1 with the F.T.C. and another with the F.C.C. I've been promised things that NEVER came true. Shayla Bonner was one of them, they want your business but won't compensate or even try. They offered me $80 credit and 2 coupons for premium channels. After 4 1/2yrs of the B.S. I was done, I also lost a tv that was brand new these people DO NOT GIVE A $#!&;;;;;, company's this big need to implode on themselves, they forget that it's the LITTLE people that put them where they are. I SUGGEST TO GET ROKU HULU OR WHATEVER ELSE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the morning of Tuesday, September 24, 2019, I went to log into my weezersk@***.net email account and was greeted with the following error message: "Error We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment." I talked to two or three support technicians at Comcast, and none of them could help me. Day 2 (Wednesday, 9/25): Problem continued; chatted with three Comcast support techs, was given two ticked IDs: SI03658**** and CR86959****. Day 6 (Sunday, 9/29): I continue to get the aforementioned error. I filed a complaint with the FCC and FTC Saturday, 9/28, and have just finished posting my complaint on RipoffReport.com. I am now going into my second week with no access to my email.

Today's experience with Comcast.. The online list of places to contact was too much - I tried several and got nowhere - just more numbers to click. So I tried calling our local store and go more com

Never got to talk with a person; I think my situation was unique because it didn't come up on any list. Also, there was no opportunity to "stay on the phone and someone will be with you" as there has been in the past and with other companies. You know, I pay more for my Comcast/Xfinity service than all my other utilities combined. Cannot recommend this service. I think it's time to look for another way to watch TV.

I received a response from Drena from Comcast. According to her, Comcast raised my contract by $7 because they increase the modem fee from $13 to $14; sports fee and other fees. This is totally unacceptable. I have a contract for 2 years which I should be protected even if there are increase in fees. If I cancel, Comcast will charge me $230. Are you, the NJ Board of Public Utilities giving Comcast/Xfinity the Ok to overcharge customers and break their contract? Ticket # ESL0368**** Drena v.
