Don’t even warrant 1 star

Spent 15 minutes just trying to call Comcast, redirected EVERY time to this crap. Paying $14.99/mo for HBO Max and constantly get Cant Verify Subscription. I want HBO Max or my money back!

Update everything

This is all for the birds. No satisfaction whatsoever. I am so disgusted with the system there is no one to talk to and your service sucks. You keep telling me that my request cant be done and you have to take money out of my account every month with no recourse. You really need to reevaluate how you operate. Pic problems. Internet in and out over 5+ days

Tv inconsistent internet goes down in the middle of video chats down for hours no recourse. My husband s Health is failing and in the middle of a medical call with his doctor (kinda of important) Poof - no internet. That was a disaster

Pricing and malfunction equipment

Cable TV prices is too high... I have problems with my cable box and the sound they don't have anybody there to talk to poor customer service!!!

I was trying to reach your agent and I couldnt I dont have an account and I wish they set up the answering she and where you can just contact somebody but it was so hard and difficult why I couldnt reach nobody

Terrible Offshore Support

The technicians in the USA are professionals. The offshore technicians leave a lot to be desired. How can Compact expect these technicians to provide instructions over the phone to consumers in the USA when you can't understand them ... this so frustrating.
