I had interupted service after upgrading and could not be fixed over phone u suggested that u send a tech which found the problem to be that device needed to be in middle of house which ur techs put it in that location when we first bought the house and he gave me no help on resolving the problem so I had to take it upon myself to buy the the cable and locate it in the middle of home so I could get service but I've been charged for a 70 dollar service call where they done nothing but I ended up doing the work and providing the materials I expect a full refund from the service charge plus a credit of 20 dollars from lost service from the prior month and 115 dollar credit for materials and time I spent fixing a problem that your techs had no desire or interest in fixing to solve the issues I was having

This company is a *** joke. Ive done went they the automated system to talk to someone 9 times and it hangs up on you the call you and Wana sign you up for different plans and all sounds good for the price and then boom check your bill there automatically charging you way over what you agreed soon

( TO BE ANNOUNCED) is what we have for our on screen TV guide by comcast. Tried to get help from them. from 7pm till giving up at 9pm, the call goes to the Philippines talked to two people who snuck away and put me on hold they sent signals , they said nothing happened both wanted me to unplug replug disconnect cables reconnect . I know that's what your going to ask me to do so I did it before calling if I'm such a valuable customer paying 218 for basic, and being charged for 4 boxs WHICH WE ONLY HAVE TWO TVS. WEVE BEEN LIED TO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF CALLING FOR YOUR HELP. CHARGED FOR TWO EXTRA BOXS, COUPLE YEARS AGO YOU EVEN SENT TWO PEOPLE WHO NEEDED TO COME IN AND CHECK FOR THEM SELVES, AND IM A VALUED CUSTOMER. I WONDER HOW WE WOULD BE TREATED IF WE WERNT SUCH A VALUED CUSTOMER

Waited to know why wifi password wasn't working. Comcast said they would call back. Did call back hours later. Rep thought I called back. THEY called me. Rep didn't have a clue. Finally I was disconnected. Worst customer servce. I'm looking to switch.

When I ask to speak to a comcast agent I do not expect to keep talking to a damn robot are what ever the *** they are !! it is so stupid !! it just keeps on and on then finally hangs up on you instead of transferring you to a agent my damn blood pressure goes up and I have a damn headache!~! plus the amount for the service is almost a car note!!!

Nobody called back service sucks

One tv kept showing would be available shortly never happened so I called was told some one would call back in 15 min no call so I called again and as told a technician would call back 30/45 min got no call back ???? becoming very disappointed with you

TV connection

I know during this time of pandemic there were longer wait times to get a call back from a customer service rep but I waited an hour and a half for a call back before calling back myself and then waited on hold for another thirty minutes before I got to speak to someone. I was helping my 80yr old mother at her home with her tv problem. As I am writing this review I recieved the original call back I requested 6 hours ago. Not a happy customer. 6 hours is a little bit long to wait.

I have set a payment arrangement an Comcast honored it an on the date took the whole amount which made my light go off due to the payment that wasnt received. Now the 200$ an change payment arrangement I set up with Comcast was for the past dues amount so it wont get cut off an then that following Fri I was going to pay the remaining balance. Now when you look into my history I always pay so that is why I was able to get the arrangement in the first place. Then again yall took the 447 an change I think that was the amount look on my bill to see what was taken by yall none of my channels was working for for 4 day so Im beyond pissed.

I pulled a full credit report and i need to know what date this account was sent to collections and how many statements were sent out Prior it being sent to collections and what address it was sent collections.

Every month Comcast adds additional fees on your bill. They say come in and sign contract, but they do not stick to their end. I have been with them 15 years and it always the same thing. Your bill inches up every month finally you speak to them, and they tell you that discounts are been lost, but you are still under contract. How does that work??

Cable box not working

Did not resolve the problem after I went and did everything they asked me to do I asked him to replace the Box they gave me some run-around story that they couldn't normally I'm paying the rent for the box I'm paying for the service of the box and I'm not being able to use the Box I have zero balance with them and I would think that they could send it to me so that I can self install this is ridiculous I pay way too much money for me to have to go through this problem with them I'm thinking of changing companies
