when you call for comcast customer support call centers are located outside of the usa - phillipines MEXICO ETC . comcast pays them pennies on the dollar while charging you over a hundred every month for services that cost pennies to use -- if you are a current comcast customer hopefully you can bend over far and like to wear lipstick cause comcast will give it to you GOOD!!!!! call comcast customer service and demand that their employees do a walk out and go on strike demanding higher wages and they will get it - also they over charge you just cause they can - comcast takes advantage of unsuspecting customers if you call them and tell em you want to drop your service they will offer your same package for a discounted price to keep you as a customer---

Going to file complaint with burlington nj police tomorrow. Comcast charged me $514 for outdated, no longer used by comcast equipment.

When I moved I was given new equipment but forgot to return old equipment. After one month I was charged $514 for old junk . Spoke to their customer service rep who gave me a ticket number and said that if I return equipment I will receive refund. Brought everything back that day and got receipts.

Was told I would receive refund within 3 business days. Five business days go by and still no refund. Was told by customer service genius that they now have to "review" my request.

I live about 1/2hour from the Philadelphia comcast world headquarters and when I asked Genius for that phone number he said he doesn't have it. Hopefully a police report for not receiving a refund when I returned merchandise will do the trick.

Comcast - Bundle Review from Laguna Niguel, California

No internet or TV service for 7 days and counting. Two scheduled days for service and no one showed up. Disconnected from Cust service on 6 different calls. I am not exaggerating on any of this. Comcast has to have the worst customer service on planet Earth!!! As I write this, we still have no internet or TV's working. May this horrific company go bankrupt tonight. Hrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrriffic Service!!!!!!! Jupiter, Florida

Comcast in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania - Most horrible experience ever

Think about this: Service constantly, and consistently, fails. No customer service available via phone. Call customer service and sit on hold for HOURS just to have your call mysteriously dropped without ever speaking to anyone. Customer service phone number rarely works. Help is supposedly available online but the links take you in never-ending circles. No way to send an email as these links are also circular and get you absolutely nowhere. Prices are way too high, especially since the service never works. Disconnect and return all their equipment and they will hound you and insist that you still owe money and/or have their equipment. If you don't pay - even though you don't really owe them anything - they'll report you to credit bureaus as owing hundreds of dollars. Doesn't sound good, does it? Then stay far, far away from Comcast and Xfinity.

Comcast in Paducah, Kentucky - Digital Breakdown

We started having trouble with our signal breaking down. The picture pix-elates and the sound cuts out. I've called in twice. Each time they sent a technician. After checking out the cable INSIDE the house, both said the problem was OUTSIDE and a different technician would have to come out and boost the signal from the pole. The first said it would be done that day. The second said two days. Nothing got done either time. I called a third time to ask specifically for someone to boost the signal and was told they can't schedule that. Yet a third technician will be here tommorow. I'm expecting the same thing to happen.

Comcast in Santa Fe, New Mexico - Replacement modem

I received correspondence for a replacement modem. I already pay quite a bit for my package which includes phone, television and internet service. I pay all of my bills online with the exception of Comcast because I have never been able to sign on to my account to access it via the internet. I have wasted a lot of time trying to get the problem resolved via telephone calls and in person visits to the local facility and I have been told to change my e-mail address, my password, etc. and I was never able to get the problem resolved. I finally gave up several years ago and event though I hate buying stamps to pay the bill I have no choice (sometimes I just stop by the local office and pay the bill there). I am not going to opt for the replacement modem unless my existing one stops working because I worry that it could cause me problems and somehow eventually end up costing me more money than what I am paying now.

Comcast - Worst Customer Service I've Ever Encountered

I wish I could give this zero starts. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I was charged $50 on my previous bill for a "failed video install" (meaning someone came out and flipped a switch because they couldn't help me over the phone). I called to ask about the $50 charge and it was removed! I was so pleased until my bill came this month. The $50 charge was still there, so I called to remove it again. This time, I was told he could not remove it and could only *** $25. He said he could see that I called a month prior, but that I never actually spoke to someone....So I'm making this up?? Seems convenient that the call can now not be traced...Even after then speaking to the supervisor, he could care less. Any time I would try to explain, his excuse was that I never actually spoke to someone last time I called. Comcast is sleezy. Go with another provider.

So if you never spoke with anyone, was it a robot that answered the phone to log the call in the first place?

The guy could "see you called a month before" but claims you never spoke with anyone.

So COMCAST's official position is that you called them and when they answered you what...hung up immediately?

That's incredibly *** of them to even suggest it!

Reminds me of one time from our power company I was told I never paid a bill, even though I had a signed receipt from the place I paid it at. It turned out an employee at that place was stealing the money and claiming that people "Started the transaction, then after she signed the receipts, decided to abort the payment". I asked the girl at accounting "Why would I go out of my way to enter a place to pay a bill, just to turn around and walk out? THINK about it, my receipt is valid and signed, your problem is with that store, not me!

I even have an bank statement showing the withdrawal time!"

There was obviously no issues with them negating my balance owing, but the sheer stupidity of the excuse is what got me.

Looks like a similar stupidity was tried with you. Give 'em ***.

Comcast in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - They are holding my money hostage for 2 years.

I have been attempting to resolve an issue since Sept 8, 2014 with comcast about a credit that was due to my acct for over payment in the amount of $400.29 They have yet to credit my account and now have sent me to collections!!!! You have my money, why is this so hard to do!????? CREDIT MY ACCT. I HAVE SINCE CLOSED MY ACCT AND WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER EVER AGAIN. Why can this not be resolved. Its a simple fix, yet every time i call i get transferred to 3 or more diff agents who say they have noted the acct and it will be taken care of....It still is not resolved and now my perfect credit will be affected because of this.

I cancelled my account, and they accidentally charged it again (admitted it was there error). They told me it would take 1-2 billing cycles to give me my money back.

My bet is by doing this (holding account holders money hostage) the company probably makes 10 million dollars a year in interest.

This is why there just is no way to fix it. They told me that.

It is IMPOSSIBLE. 1-2 billing cycles is the only option.

Comcast in Fremont, California - Entering our yard without permission

Comcast employees have entered our back yard and a neighbor's backyard on more than one occasion without permission. Toward the end of last yard I came home from work. When I went into our living room, I was surprised a stranger walking out of our yard. I went out front just in time to see him head into our neighbor's back yard. After only a few minutes he came out and walked away down the street. Today my son was home alone and did not answer when an employee knocked on the door. So the employee simply wandered into our back yard. He did glance into our windows but my son was apparently not seen. My son texted my wife to let her know about it, and was about to call 911 when the guy left. We are not Comcast customers and have no equipment or anything else they have any business checking on our property. I am letting Comcast and that we and our neighborhood watch will be ready to call 911 if we see a Comcast truck in our neighborhood again.
