Issues

I was out of services for five days hopping to get some kind of credit. Service was interrupted for 5 due to cable damages on the outside. People next door installed fence and damage cable.

Incredible poor support service.

I called because I have not had internet access all day. I have been on my phone for 56 minutes texting people who do not understand and or cannot fix the problem.

Horrible company

They added Hulu without permission, when I called to have it cancelled, they messed my account up so bad, that it took 3 hours to fix. They ended up adding a 4th box back 2 years, then took off all but 1 of my boxes. Got that fixed after 3 hours, but it turns out a 5th box has been on there for over a year and no one ever mentioned it. Mike at corporate called me after I filed a FCC complaint, and wants to give me a whole $24 credit. Now 1 of my boxes doesnt work again

Wire in backyard on ground

The wire still hasnt been removed after calling in two complaints. Ticket#1 05376**** Ticket#2 05377**** Someone was supposed to contact me on 2/13/22 between 2-3:00pm. No one has called nor showed up to the location to resolve the issue!

Customer service number only generates auto replies. Can’t access an agent due to inaccurate description of the issues

I can't connect with an agent on the phone due to auto-reply "area outage" but there's no area outage because all of my neighbors have internet

Problem with Comcast

COMCAST seemed to think an old system would be ok rather than the new Xfinity box Not a bright move!!

This is impossible to get anyone to help me; just went through this big thing to find out you want to charge me something else. TV won't work, it's nuts, i need a human to talk to and have a person

TO TALK TO, NOT A COMPUTER. SECOND TIME I HAVE TRIED. BOUGHT NEW TV CAUSE YOU GUYS SAID IT DIED. THAT WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE TECH WHO WAS SCHEDULED TO COME HERE. SO THE MEN I HIRED TO COME AND DO NEW TV. SAID "IT'S COMCAST BOX, NOT THE TV". THE NEW TV CAN BE TURNED ON AND OFF BY IT'S NEW FLIPPER BUT NOTHING ELSE!! THE CONTROLER DOESN'T WORK. SOMEONE NEEDS TO PLEASE TALK TO ME AND GET THIS RESOLVED. THEY SAY IT'S YOUR BOX. THAT'S WHY. SO HERE I SIT WITH A NEW TV THAT I CAN'T WATCH AND CANNOT GET AHOLD OF A HUMAN BEING TO EXPLAIN ALL THIS!!!!LET

No connection please help me

I wake up to no internet connection I do the assistant thing then call customer support she is no help she is quite she dose not know what to do she rude yelled at me it is not my fault I wake up to a no connection she was no help she hangs up

They are supposedly doing a reset of my TV box, but, it does not appear to be happening. TV just lost signal in middle of program.
