You need to fix the issue with the screen saver mode on the pandoa app. It doesn't go into screen saver mode enamore I'm afraid it will hurt my t.v. on the X one

Video Service keeps going out on my HD box | Comcast review from Burlington, New Jersey

Without any justification, my video on my HD box has gone out 4 times in the past month. When I call Comcast support, I get put on hold and have waited up to an hour before speaking to a technician. Each time, the technician has been unable to resolve the issue and must then schedule an on site visit which is usually a 5 to 7 day wait. When I say that this is unacceptable (like today New Year's eve) and asked to speak to a supervisor, I am again put on hold and have to wait up to another hour. If I had a good alternative to Comcast for my internet and video services, I would switch. I have already switch phone service cause Comcast voice service was even worse then their internet and video services.

for the last month comcast has failed to note that I canceled services and returned equiptment . the bill it outragious, I am currently with Comcast Essentuals and can only pay $10 month. I was goning have roommate move in and he transefered his service over then at last min didnt move in and we both had be on phone to cancel the service. he also returned the equiptment and for 1. I am the one getting billed, 2. its somehow under my name now, 3. its been over a month and still issues 4. now my own Internet has been disrupted due to the outragious bill.... even tho MY bill is up to date. There phone reps dont care and they hang up on me like 2-3 times a day as i explain. its been number amount of calls in last 30 days and I'm PISSED!!!!!!

My mother who is diabled and collects social security decided to use some of her limited funds to get cable. She had an appointment for connection from 3 pm to 5 pm. The guys show up at 8:45 pm, they are there until 9:30 and they still havent connected her. I call her and ask to talk with one of the guys, i ask if he can reschedule for the next day since its so late and my mother feels uncomfortable having strange people in her house late at night. He get on the phone and says he can reschedule for the next day again at 3 to 5 pm. Which to me was unexceptable. So i call the customer service line and wait on hold for 15 minutes only to be disconnected. I call back 4 more times and all four times i wait at least 15 minutes only to get a dial tone. I then call the next morning and ask to speak to a customer service person i tell her my story she does not say sorry she tells me my mom can be scheduled for 3 to 5 pm. I work in customer service, to treat a customer with such lack of respect is crazy to me.

Comcast constantly raising rates

I've had Comcast service for telephone, internet, and cable for 5 years. The services have been very reliable. However, the price for the services continues to rise. I cut my packages down to the bare minimum and now I'm being told that the rate will change to $199/month. They also said if I cut my service to just two services, cable and internet, the price will still rise to $199, so by their terms- I'm getting a deal for the three services. By the way, the price for all three services started out at $99.00/month, so that means the rate went up by $100 in 1.5 years. There was no warning either. The bill just arrives with a higher rate. My only means to get around the situation is to cancel my service and find other providers. It's a very frustrating situation. I guess I'll have to deal with using three different providers instead of one for each of the services I just mentioned. So much for convenience and customer appreciation. I guess they don't care about their customers making ends meet.

The Divorce from Comcrap | Comcast review from Tacoma, Washington

After a ten year cohabitation with Comcrap, I gave this greedy and uncaring company the boot. In a matter of three months my bill went from $121.38 to $148.96 to a final straw of $160.21. I called these thugs, only to get the response of "We can raise our rates at any time." My response was I can cancel at any time. So after searching the options in this area I said good-by Comcrap. Returned my equipment to the store nearest me in Tacoma, then had to deal with a smart mouth teenager or 20+ year old with an Oh well attitude. This company needs to take a required people skills course and take time to review their rates. Comcrap will find as time goes on, their will be other companies offering the same service for less.

Comcast - Bundle Review from Boston, Massachusetts

I have been a loyal Comcrap customer since 2008. Due to my hours being cut at work and other bills that are more important, I decided to call Comcrap to cancel my triple play services, as I didn't use the phone anyway. I use my cell phone. I had a 42" plasma tv and I had HD, which with that tv, I couldn't tell the difference with anyway between SD and HD. Instead of canceling my service, Comcrap talked me into a cheaper package. I downgraded to the double play with SD. Comcrap told me it would be $89.99/month for 24 months, with free HBO for 24 months, with Performance Internet + $8.00 for the cable modem rental fee, and $1.99 a month for an additional outlet for the digital adapter, which I have been paying anyway. They never mentioned a contract. Things picked up at work and I decided to buy a nice 55" Smart Led tv. Picture looked like *** with SD, so I decided to call Comcrap and ask to add HD. They informed me that would be an additional $10/month, which I paid before, but I hardly ever watch tv anyway, and I got a really good offer from Direct Tv. I really didn't want a satellite dish on my house, and Comcrap's service has been half decent since I have been with them. I just wanted to save some money. I called Comcrap and asked to downgrade my channels and add HD, thinking it would cost about the same as I am paying now. I said I don't need HBO and all the music and movie channels. Comcrap informed me I could upgrade to HD for an additional $10/month, but not downgrade because I am under a 2 year contract. They never told me anything about a contract, and I never signed a contact. Comcrap told me I would have to Pay $500 early termination fee if I wished to downgrade or disconnect my service. I asked to speak to a supervisor whom was really rude and nasty. He told me the same thing. I decided to stay with the package. Now this month I get my bill and they are changing me $10 for the modem and $2.99 for the second outlet. That is a $3.00 difference. I called Comcrap and asked if I am under contract, how can you do this? The lady wad aslo very rude and said my service price didn't go up, it was the equipment, and they are allowed to do that. I told her inwas going to notify the Attorney General about this and I want my service disconnected. She told me she would charge me an early termination fee of $230. The guy before told me $500. I decided to keep my service until I hear from the Attorney General. I don't need to be slapped with an early termination fee, but I am fed up with Comcrap. They can make changes to your bill but I can't. They have me in a 2 year contract I never asked for. Customer service is really rude. Go with somebody else

Worse costumer service, they r thieves charge extra for no good reason and tell you that they will give u credit back in 24 hours, that's what they told me 4 times alrdy for the past few weeks, they just playing the waiting game for the 30 days return would pass they you won't have a choice but keep it or pay... DO NOT GO WITH COMCAST, ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM. going to get the equipment and return it, wow maybe bit more expensive but they won't try to steal

Thanks, I could have not said it better. My internet has been disconnecting everyday for the past few months.

I started paying around $20, within four months they are charging me $80. They fees are outrages.

They are selfish, greedy,thoughtless, lier..... you name it they are just as bad or worse.
