I can not list everthing that this company has done to me. It would be a book. My only advice is never use Comcast unless you have no choice. Poor product quality, worst customer service in the "world"(really), nobody in charge, etc.....I have used Comcast for 20 years on and off. No choice, they have a monopoly. I did recently make a huge mistake. I believed they improved and changed their ways. No chance! I ordered and had installed their Triple play. Had it for 2 weeks, then canceled after 15 service calls, and 35 hours on the phone. I have to use Comcast for internet because of where I live, but I will never use them for tv again. I just wish someone could provide internet for me at a reasonable price. If they could I would be gone. SERIOUSLY, DON'T USE COMCAST/XFINITY. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Comcast in Broomfield, Colorado - Billing issues - hours of wasted time with incompetent support

Noticed I was being double charged for a modem (2 modems) for several months, and called in to take care of this. Took nearly 1 hour to get it resolved. Was told it was fixed and I would be credited for the months, and the 2nd modem was removed. Next bill the 2 modems are still there. Try to call in today and get all circuits are busy. Also, spent 2 hours with online chat support with another issue (the Comcast wireless gateway I am paying for). 2 hours and 5 reps later with different answers, I am told I need to be sent to another representative. Was told the newer better gateway they have is "only for new customers". So I pay over double the price for being a loyal customer for many years, and also do not get the latest equipment that which I am paying for! No other options to replace Xfinity/Comcast in my area. I am beyond a "pissed consumer". Would say I am an Ultra Pissed Consumer". Comcast needs to pay for their lying, thieving, price gouging, monopoly practices.

Regarding irressponvice comcast customer sevice

Comcast people came and did some work at my home about 4 months ago and I have called and asked to bury the wire on my front yard since then. I called and compliant about that at least 5/6 times and even told that I will stop the service but they still haven't fixed the problem. My HOA warned be that if that doesn't get fixed in 10 days will fine me. They already sent me 2 letters about that. I have talked to even supervisors and nobody responded to my concern. I will never recommend anybody to comcast service

They messed my account with a new costumer account , changed my plans, ended that, opened new one, did not tell me, i lost 2days trying to solve that but with no success.I lost my patient and they will lose a client and many more...Worst cable company EVER. I was put on hold for more than an hour, talked to more that 7 attendants, and NOBODY could solve that for me. As i said, worst company ever.....i do not know anything worst than Comcast. Ever death is better. I hope they lose all their clients so they learn how to respect a client.

Comcast in Port Saint Lucie, Florida - THE WORST COMPANY ON THIS PLANET

Comcast cable is BY FAR the worst company I have ever done business with in over 40 years, I will explain why.. PROBLEM 1 I signed up for Comcast cable about 2 months ago. I asked a few specific questions, the first one being " IS ON DEMAND FREE" the answered YES.. If you call sales and ask that question today.. they will answer YES TODAY.. When I went to access " The Blacklist" which is on a free network. I could NOT access anything other than the current season.. This was WEEK ONE of the second season.. so I wanted to catch up with season 1.. I have TO PAY FOR THAT!!!. NOW my thinking ITS EITHER FREE OR ITS NOT!!! IF you call sales today and ask " is on demand free " They will say yes.. IT IS NOT FREE IT IS A LIE!!! The SHOULD say ONLY CURRENT SEASONS ARE FREE.. so for example if its week one of season 2.. YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!!! This is PROBLEM 1 of MANY with Comcast Cable.. PROBLEM 2.. I asked if National GEO channel was included in my UPGRADED PACKAGE that I purchased.. they said it was.. after 30 days I couldn't access NAT GEO .. I called and they said it was included BUT ONLY FOR 30 DAYS.. I ASKED IF IT WAS INCLUDED!!! THEY SAID YES!! they NEVER SAID for only 30 days!!! THAT IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!!! PROBLEM 3 I paid $50 for installation . I agreed to pay $50 for installation.. when I received my bill it said $ 50 for installation AND AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR A technician VISIT... so they charge you for an technician and a ADDITIONAL FEE for a tech visit.. UNLESS they have robots it should be ONE FEE.. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! HOW can you charge an installation fee and the charge an ADDITIONAL FEE for a technician visit!!! IT IS INCLUDED!!! PROBLEM 4.. The hold time are in excess of 45 minutes most times!! AND after holding for 45 minutes you are usually ticked off.. if you get upset on the phone .. THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU!!!! I read this in the reviews on GOOGLE REVIEWS so I know I am NOT they only person this has happened to.. PLUS it has happened MORE THAN ONCE to me.. PROBLEM 5 There NEW X1 box is supposed to be the TOP OF THE LINE BOX.. I had 3 that were defective, I have several pictures on my phone of the problems.. this box NEEDS TO BE RESTARTED AT LEAST 2 times a day, PLEASE see google reviews.. It freezes up ALL THE TIME.. you cant change the channel without restarting WHICH TAKES ABOUT 10 minutes.. THATS NOT FUN in the 4th Quarter when you are watching your favorite team.. I have had many more problems with COMCAST cable but we can start with the top 5.. LETS see what they will do to resolve these.. I URGE YOU TO CHECK the reviews on the Internet .. MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS!!! THIS COMPANY JUST DOESN'T CARE.. They are in my opinion THE WORST COMPANY ON THIS PLANET !!

Last sat I had an appointment no one showed up.... after talking to 45678899 people that didn't speak english finally found some to get me an appointment n had to wait another 3 days... the guys came out 4 hours before appointment time, hoked it up wrong n were completely rude to my family. Called tech support to see if they could help me hook up my internet over the phone n he said that they did it so wrong that he was unable to help me from over the phone n would send someone out within 24 hours. Today came n my appointment was 12 to 2 and no one called or showed up. When I called the comcast they said they showed up n said I was lying and that no one can come today it would be a few days. Dont do comcast.... such a terrible experience not to mention no respect for their customers.

Typical Comcast service call

I spent 5 hours on the phone yesterday (probably 2 hours alone on hold) and waited for a service technician for 4 hours this morning and he never showed up. Also, I spent another hour on the phone today. It started when 1 of 4 TV's did not have service. I called and when they “sent a signal” I lost all 4 TV’s as well as my internet. After another 1.5 hrs on the phone I had to leave for work as I was already an hour late. I called again when I returned home and after 50 min on the phone (getting signals) a supervisor finally came on and all service was returned in 10 min. After hanging up I realized that I didn’t have the TV packages I paid for (including Thursday night football) so I had to call back again. The service rep I spoke with sent another signal and I again lost all 4 TV’s and my internet, then got disconnected. This morning I waited 4 hours for a Technician who never came. I spoke with Leslie, a Customer Experience Executive, who said they couldn’t the technician out today and that I didn’t even need a technician as the problem was internal. Now I do not have any service, I missed 5 hours of work, I spent almost 6 hours on the phone with Comcast. They have the most inept customer service reps in any business. Is this how Comcast treats its customers?

Comcast set 3 different appointments and missed all of them. I took a full day off work to be there for the appointments, and for nothing. I called them and they assured me someone would show up. I finally, on Friday, called again and was placed in hold for over an hour and then the representative-who didn't speak fluent English hung up in me when we asked to speak to a supervisor. Comcast has the worst customer service I have encountered and I will never use them in the future

Comcast in Bolingbrook, Illinois - Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rip-off artists!

I signed up for service which was going to cost $129 total monthly. They said free installation. I have had service for 10 weeks & my bill is $719. The upped the monthly amount by $30. They charged me for installation. Wi-fi wasn't working right & it took hours & hours on the phone to convince them to come out & fix it. A new box was sent here ahead of time. They charged me for BOTH sets of equipment while we were waiting for someone to come & do the repair. I could write a short chapter about all the craziness at this company. When I called corporate to make a complaint about the billing & service, I explained to her that the wire in the backyard was supposed to be buried within 2 weeks. two months later it wasn't buried yet & my son accidentally cut it in half & it took days to get service restored. Lady at corporate actually told me to "be quiet" & said something like, "you listen to me, I am not a field person, I have never been a field person, the stuff field people do is not on my computer, so I don't want you talking about that sort of stuff." She previously told me not to "interject until I am done saying what I want to say." After a several minute lecture FROM her, I asked for a supervisor & was told one would call me back within 48 hours. It is not unusual to be on the phone for hours trying to resolve something, unless of course you get repeated dropped calls from them, which is not unusual either.
