No humans work there

continued use of all options. A human can not talk to a human. I spend over $2400 and am unable to talk to a human. Maybe disconnection is the only way

Pissed off customer

Why!???????????,???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I gave had issue since I moved to 32960. You quote me one price and charge me for another. I am so disappointed in your customer service

Customer Service please I want to talk to a human

Customer service is terrible! Service appointment was made and no one showed ! Was on call for 40 minutes trying to reschedule a service call. Over all terrible service

Customer service and making an appointment for service. Representative could not speak English well very hard to understand.

I've been trying for 2 weeks to get my Internet fixed and it's still not fixed

They have reset my modem several times only to find out that it's not the modem every time. They know it's an outside wire but they refuse to do anything about it.

I've called several times. They've sent out several technicians. They loosen everything, Re-tighten, get it working for a minute and then leave.

The phone number only allows to use a robot system that does not answer to your issues, redirect you to a chat that does not work at all,

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE COMCAST OR XFINITY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SOCKS AND NVER SOLVE THE ISSUES, THEY ONLY CHARGE YOU.

To up date my card on file

I have call five ti.mes today was on hold for 3min till I got tired of holding and then trying calling back one more time just to give them an update on my new card. Really disappointing. Never did talk with anyone just gotten tired of trying.

I would like to speak with a "live" person, but the automated system just loops.

I wanted to speak with a live person. The automated system just loops and loops and asks the same questions over and over and cannot get to a live person.

Fake bill

This company billed me for service I never had. They have sent it to a collection company. I have never had any service from them at my home. They will not call back after speaking with endless people on the phone while trying to clarify this. If they post anything on my credit file I have been told I can sue them. I just want this removed but will pursue a lawsuit if needed. Perhaps the worst service ever. Just terrible.
