I never got the ultra fast Internet that I was being charged for. Call after call and reboot and nothing but total fail and frustration. If you are thinking about using Comcast, you should reconsider. Go with another service provider. Comcast practices in false advertising and employs inept and dishonest customer service reps. They're in India and don't give two rips about you service issues. I am absolutely amazed that Comcast can get away with their dishonest and faulty business practices. If they had more competition, they'd be out of business in 2 weeks. I will NEVER give Comcast another red cent.

Comcast in Aurora, Colorado - Wow I was loyal for 15 years and it meant nothing??

I have been with Comcast for 15 years and no one could tell me that Comcast was a bad company. It surprised me when I called to pay my bill that was a total of $326.00. First, when I spoke with the rep. she stated that my account was $326.00 past due WITH an attitude and the correct amount that was past due was $48.00. When I stated that I was going to pay $300 and pay the rest later she became even more condescending and tried to set up the remaining "$26.00". I wouldn't have mind but her attitude was so ugly that I asked her if only paying $300 was a problem. She ignored my question and said "What's the card number?" And the attitude goes on.. I gave my payment information but as soon as I got off the phone my internet turns off when I tried to call back on my house phone, my phone would not work. I called on my cell phone to have my service discontinued set for the 15th of February because I needed to finish some business. After I set up the discontinue service, I continued to have issues with my internet service, when I call today February 9, 2015 to have the voice service reset the internet, it stated it could not reset. I was connected to tech support and the customer rep was very rude and stated that my service was already disconnected. I asked her, "So I paid up to the 15th and Comcast had already disconnected my service?." I hung up with the rude tech rep and called the regular number to speak with a manager and the next rep took my information and told me a manager would get back with me. A manager never returned my call. Then the internet turned back on. I was paying Comcast almost $300 a month and was not under contract. I thought and told everyone Comcast was the best. I was a loyal customer. Now I look foolish to my neighbors and friends. I decided not to continue my services til 2/15/2015 and I had to call sales to have my service discontinued for 2/10/2015 (the sales rep was very polite until I told him the reason for my call. I was not rude to him, he did nothing to me but he represented the same disposition) because I could no longer get through on my home phone nor my cell phone with current customer prompts. I do not like giving reviews or complaints but I want others to know my experience and from my experience not to sign a contract with a company whose business ethics and integrity is displayed in their customer representatives. NO business of service will survive a long-term competitive advantage with poor customer service. This is how innovation is created by wanting something better.

Just wanted Comcast to know I was loyal to you. This was not my first experience with bad customer reps. My experienced was in 2013 and has continued since. As I said before, I will miss you.

I spent 12 hours trying to fix a migrations that they went in and altered. Finally after 12 HOURS of frustration/incompetent people/phone calls... a trained tech person who WORKS for Comcast. Her number is 888-824-8988 ext 18706 or if she is out call 877-761-5015....

Abused by your company...they had the right number all along. 12 hours of maddening stress. There is no measure of money to get back a ruined weekend and loss of work.
Preferred solution
Just hire competent people, change your irritating screeching music, don't EVER allow anyone to be spun around for 12 hours. There was a solution...I knew it even YOUR person said...why didn't they reach out to us hours ago.

Comcast just gave me complimentary movie. I went to play one and they were all hd. My box does not support. I will be switching my business elsewhere. They rip you off. We pay a fortune a month. Lets see how they react when i cancel the service.

Comcast in Nashville, Tennessee - Failed installation, still waiting

Rather than recount my experiences in initial installation (I'm sick of even thinking about it) I will simply say I've been lied to, jerked around, spent 18 hours working on the issues by going to the local office twice and spending hours on the phone talking to people from all over the world. I still don't have the services for which I originally purchased. Simply installing the service has proven to be a task that makes moving here from 500 miles away seem tame in comparison. If you have any other options, explore them first. I would have altered my choice of neighborhoods simply due to comcast.

Comcast in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Expensive to have, HD worthless

I have had the so called Comcast Bundle for 3 years now. I dond't even use HD, as Apple TV works better and gives me a better picture on my LCD TV. The phone service is inferior but the HS is very good. I have found customer service has an attitude that we have been around a long time, and FIOS and other options are of no concern, if you leave, we will just pick up someone else. That is there attitude and their service backs it up. I feel my only option is to get rid of everything but HS and use Apple TV and my iPhone for telephone service. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

Specifically asked that my phone number not be listed anywhere! Found out it was and was told that they accidentally deleted it from my bill when they redid their billing, then was later told that it was never there at all.now they want to charge every month after giving my info. out for four years
