OVERCHARGE OF PAST DUE
Beware. On 6/16/2020 I tried to pay my past due bill 11 days late whoopee with Comcast.
The past due not the next months bill as well. While entering my info I clicked on pay past due and it copied it to a Word Doc because they have done this before to me. When I hit submit they flipped the script to past due plus upcoming bill 606.76. that was not due until 7/21 They are bleeding the people who are paying during COVID 19 to make up for those who are not.
Deceptive Business practices.
When I called them no one was available to take my call due to COVID WHAT A BS EXCUSE ON THIS ONE. When I paid today they tried it again but I caught it then said below minimum due why is that when not due till 9-21 and its 8/3/20?

Need phone to get fix. In 4 days i' ve been on the phone and chats for about 8 hrs.
One person remove things the next one remove something else. They remove voice 2 go. They remove xfinity connect app from my cell. That guy was nasty , screaming at me.
I ended up screaming back and i hanged up. He got 'pissed 'at me because the advance team called me yesterday and didnt answer. Sorry that i had to take a shower. I called back and back again but after 1 hrs being on hold had to.go to work.
This afternoon they hanged up on me.no call back. So i called and explained everything and he puts me on hold for a while and then said 'well its 5 pm nobody is there anymore so i hanged up. And around noon time was with a lady for over 1 hrs and she said i need to go on lunch.i will call you this afternoon.
It was 3 pm when she call back. I have enough
I want a tech to come here and fix my home phone so i get all the calls and that he fix the call forwarded.

Not only did I lose all the money I paid out for insurance every Month but trying to correct this situation pulled me away from my special needs toddler. I don't care have hours and Hours to sit on the phone with XFINITY. I should be making breakfast right now.
