OVERCHARGE OF PAST DUE

Beware. On 6/16/2020 I tried to pay my past due bill 11 days late whoopee with Comcast.

The past due not the next months bill as well. While entering my info I clicked on pay past due and it copied it to a Word Doc because they have done this before to me. When I hit submit they flipped the script to past due plus upcoming bill 606.76. that was not due until 7/21 They are bleeding the people who are paying during COVID 19 to make up for those who are not.

Deceptive Business practices.

When I called them no one was available to take my call due to COVID WHAT A BS EXCUSE ON THIS ONE. When I paid today they tried it again but I caught it then said below minimum due why is that when not due till 9-21 and its 8/3/20?

Problem with the signal

5 or 6 times a day for more than a week my cable TV freezes. Notice comes up telling me there is a problem and to try changing channels. This does nothing. After about 5 minutes later channel returns. But it happens every day several times a day.

Pixelated screen and sound. Went on for months without being solved. Multiple worthless visits from techs, 50 plus calls on my time, complete runaround from clueless technicians and staff. If cable cost 50 bucks a month Id be a lot more understanding. When your paying Comcast more than a car payment a month, its draining and frustrating. And then get hounded for payment via text and emails. Now with the virus crisis, Im basically screwed. I cant go with another company either, the way my condo is located the dishes wont work. Im MORE than frustrated.

Every phone person said it was not their fault it was somebody elses fault. over 12 prompts to push numbers to talk to somebody when a human finally got on the phone he states technician could not repair the service due to broken down cars in the parking lot we are an auto body repair shop thats what we do for a company not to understand their customers is totally unacceptable no one has contacted us no one has made any attempt to repair our service the worst service ever in any Arena of service

Complaint nasty agent

Need phone to get fix. In 4 days i' ve been on the phone and chats for about 8 hrs.

One person remove things the next one remove something else. They remove voice 2 go. They remove xfinity connect app from my cell. That guy was nasty , screaming at me.

I ended up screaming back and i hanged up. He got 'pissed 'at me because the advance team called me yesterday and didnt answer. Sorry that i had to take a shower. I called back and back again but after 1 hrs being on hold had to.go to work.

This afternoon they hanged up on me.no call back. So i called and explained everything and he puts me on hold for a while and then said 'well its 5 pm nobody is there anymore so i hanged up. And around noon time was with a lady for over 1 hrs and she said i need to go on lunch.i will call you this afternoon.

It was 3 pm when she call back. I have enough

I want a tech to come here and fix my home phone so i get all the calls and that he fix the call forwarded.

The Internet is constantly down without warning or providing information ever. Always have to call and find out; the bill is never adjusted. Comcast gets away with treating customers poorly. We pay too much to be taken for granted.

Not only did I lose all the money I paid out for insurance every Month but trying to correct this situation pulled me away from my special needs toddler. I don't care have hours and Hours to sit on the phone with XFINITY. I should be making breakfast right now.

XFINITY mobile has the wrong phone listed on my acct. When I first bought my phone I bought a note8. I didn't like it, so I exchanged it within 14 days to an iPhone X. I have paid insurance on the x for 3 years. I went to file a claim for my iPhone and it was denied. Turns out the note8 is still listed on my account. I can't file a claim until Xfinity corrects their mistake. However, after multiple online chats, multiple phone calls and multiple escalations my account is still incorrect. So I am stuck with a phone that the speaker isn't working correctly along with some other issues. Not to mention the initial exchange was a disaster. That took multiple trips (all an hour or more away from home) multiple phone calls (all lasting 1-3 hours) just to exchange a phone.

These people are blood suckers!! They kept charging me late fees in this pandemic disaster. I didnt have a work all these months. They interrupted my service, and its almost impossible to speak with an agent. They forcing to pay the balance in order to speak with a person. Their service is horrible. I pay $120 for literally nothing, only internet.
