Want to discuss our account. The recent increase with no discernible improvement is unacceptable. We are considering going to all streaming as this would be more cost efficient. Before making the decision, we wanted to see if comcast could offer us a cheaper plan

Ignorant company, doesn't help! I'd give zero stars if it were an option

I keep getting messages about an account. I never signed up for Comcast anything! I can not get any answer!!!! When I call all I get is press this or that. It will not connect me to a live agent. They should not have an account in my name if so it is fraud and I need this resolved! I need help!!!!

NO Customer Service

My wife tried to contact comcast by phone. I tried to contact them online. We cannot get connected to a rep either way. ATROCIOUS service. The company should be ashamed to even call it customer service. They dont deserve 1 star. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would.

Main line cable still in my tree since the first of july of last year. I dont have your service

A temp line was ran up my tree , over the road and down a light poll. The bad line runs under the street. It has not been buried yet

Horrible service...line always busy

Trying to get service installed to my house and all I get is busy signals. Got someone about a month or so ago to get an estimate, and nothing since then. No follow up on cost or ability to connect. Having to go with Starlink now.

New connection

I was told that installation was included in the package deal that I made with the representative that spoke with me on the phone . He told me that once I went to pick up my merchandise that the representative at the store will make arrangement for my installation for the same price . Then after I made it there it was something different. I believe if I tell a customer something thats what it needs to be. I am in sales to and I believe that customer come first , but the way I was treated it feel like its the beginning of a bad relationship.
