I could never get a human being on the phone to talk about my account guys suck

Ive been attempting to review my monthly coverage from Xfinity for over a month now I cant get a human being. You wanted to know some examples of political meddling and I attached a couple screenshots of some sample articles but did not share the whole article with you. They are very easy to look up. There were many, many, more I just don't have the time to show you all of them, but here's a clue for you don't use Google to look for them, use DuckDuckGO, as it seems Google censors their news feeds, uses omissions, and is incredibly biased to the left. It’s impossible to get to a human and looks like company merged without informing customers

After 3 days of rain, our internet connection is down and its nearly impossible to get in touch with a human being. I also just learned they have merged with Xfinity and so its confusing because you are only told you have called xfinity, not the company that bills me. Very confusing-looking for a new provider.

Service calls are too long

I call to have my services transfers a week before I move into the new place. Day before I call to confirm the services because I never receive an email, phone call, text message about the services for my new place.

The rep told me that my service was canceled because I didn't pay $100 service fee. I told the rep I was aware of this fee because I knew they automatically take money out my account for my monthly bill. The rep John said that the tech will be out Dec 17. Still I have not received email, phone call, text message if the tech come out.

They took the service fee and the monthly bill out on Dec 16, and I am still waiting to hear from someone. Could someone please call and check on faithfully paying customers.

Intermittent signal

This issue has gone on for at least a year and a half.. so many have come out. The 3 condos here 28, 29 and 30 have experienced intermittent signal. Each guy says a different reason and it never gets resolved. Someone out yesterday said a new underground cable needs run. First guy said that about 6 months ago. They need to resolve this. Theyve installed new equipment but if underground cable is damaged, it will continue as it has.

Trying to get coverage information to verify if we can transfer service when we move in May

Kept going in circle with robot chat and never getting the answer. Could not locate a customer service phone number or even request through chat that someone call me. The worst customer service!! Still no answers!! Waste of 2 hours of my time. Used app but nowhere is a phone number identified. This has to be one of reasons there is so much killing in this country!!

Abuse from Comcast

5/1/23 When I uploaded a photo ID, I was told it didn't match because of my middle name, but a Comcast/Xfinity employee changed it to match what I said. I gave my credit card, Oregon Photo ID and phone land numbers correctly; coinciding w/what's on file w/Xfinity/Comcast.

I've received multiple emails threatening to cancel Xfinity/Comcast's offering of a phone and reduction in monthly charges and have successfully sent a picture of my Oregon ID w/the mobile I have now. A library employee did the above for me because I don't know how to upload photos. I said I'd return the mobile I have now. I have no automobile, am retired and have mobility issues and can't go to a Comcast store as I am being demanded to.

I am thinking of finding legal help. Tx jeantoles@***.net

Too pricey. Was told I would get a discount and when I called back they couldn't do anything for me. Spent 1 hour on the phone for nothing. Then was accused of being a liar and not calling previously calling because there was no notes left by the previous cs rep.

The AI phone service is horrible. Getting the right department horrible. It talks and talks and talks never listens. Then I finally get a service representative. He couldnt even speak English. Going to WALMART for my phone service. What in the double L is going on in this country. Good luck to you!

Need to get my Facebook and Xfinity account identification verification with facial recognition

Some dude hacked my account I have not logged into my cloud 23 WWDC yet cause I need my iphone 13. But I already have all the things set. And I loaded everything over now that's it's time just loaded my name up and the service and we are going the awesome what the capibililuties are endless and also enypt the system and make sure that instead of passwords key.. facial recognition software much better so anyone that is not my blood then. But yes load up it now thanks.
