Appointment at store to buy mobile phone for husband

Went well at store but Abby on phone from Xfinitys mobile department completely mislead me and kept insisting and insisting I buy on line and I did and completely wrong phone for mt husband and his hearing aids. I will be returning the phone as soon as it arrives here. Very disappointed with Abby.

I need a new Wi-Fi box my Wi-Fi boxing do not work

Two or three weeks ago the lights went off and my Wi-Fi box did not come back on trying to find a way to get another one I have not been able to reach anybody yet

No connection

Modem reset but still no connection. Very frustrating! Called customer service not helpful same gargle every time

Disconnect

I mailed my payment yesterday n about 4-5 days ago and they turned my service off till they receive the payment and then they will restore my cable back on now I only get a check once a month which is on the 3rd and my payment is due on December 24 please set me up for the 3rd of each month

you will have to contact them directly and have that set up it would also be in your online account under auto pay ( should have a day you can pick)

Cannot get CBS chsnnel 813

Issue has bern resolved. Was told someone would contact me to let mr know how much of a credit will be issued for the 3 week inability to access all of the channels I pay for. Please let me know.

Unable to restore my internet and TVs waiting for 3 hours

Unable to get an agent on phone, waiting to restore my service since 12:00pm No signal on my TVs, I keep trying to call Their main number and its almost 4:00 pm No service yet. They supposed to be troubleshooting without success!

Can't use my phone to pay my bill This is how I pay the bill. All The Time. I've Been a customer for 28 years and have never missed a payment! You're A f###ing Major communications company! Threatening us with late fees and disconnections On bills unavailable to pay.. Get your *** together.. You should be ashamed and embarrassed.
