Terrible customer service

I have been out of business since March. Business is closed. I have called Comcast numerous times to cancel service. They will not cancel it and I keep getting bills for it. They tell me they are only going to charge me 30 dollars a month for phone and I keep getting billed for 243.00 a month. Their customer service is awful. I get nowhere with them. Now they tell me if I cancel I have to pay them over $3000.00. This is a horror story with them. If I ever go back into business it will not be with a Comcast business! Avoid them at all costs. They are crooks. I told them numerous times to cancel the account. Awful

Cable down in my yard

I am extremely angry about a down wire in my elder dad's home and he has complain for months. He finally went to an office location to complain in person and was lied to about some one coming out to repair the problem. My dad is 79 years old and an at risk person. If he or his wife are injured by your down lines be assured I will make a public complaint and seek counsel. I want this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Pissed customer

Lost cable and internet during hurricane Laura on 8/27/2020. Still haven't gotten service back. I described to the customer service geek (that is in a third world country) not even in the US that it will require a bucket truck to be able to get my cable re attached to the pole or a qualified linesman. After 6 calls and the usual 72 hour B.S. I finally had a comcast (contracted individual) show up on Friday 9/4 at 3pm in the afternoon in mini van and a 8' ladder!!! He takes a look around and says, ain't nuttin I can do about dat!!! After staying on the phone for hours and even speaking with not one but three different supervisors all I seem to get is lip service out of them. They want me to reboot my system! They still haven't got it that the line is broken and laying on the ground. Well today is Monday 9/7 and I am back on the phone waiting for a supervisor!!!!!!! Ahh, just called. This one is in Honduras. "Dish here we come."

Store harassments

Youree Drive Shreveport Louisiana. I needed a phone to go with my bundle and the website wouldn't allow me to do what i needed so i went to the Xfinity store. While wearing a mask during this time (07/31/20) i was looking at phones and talking to an associate about my problem with the website and asking her if she could help me and she said "yes". The ASM (Joman) i believe was his name approached me and told me to pull my mask over my nose. I wear my mask over my mouth and nostrils trying to be compliant with stores policy. He was rude and i got upset and left. Determined to get a phone i went back to finish my bundle and I asked for a manager and the Joman approached me again. The whole store on both events came and surrounded me. I asked for manager numbers and one of the nicer lady's gave me a card but Joman said he would not give me his card. I contacted Karen Armour in which i was treated with the same disrespect and bias attitude. I cannot find a customers complaint site other than this on nor can I find a phone number that would allow me to talk to someone about this.

Preferred solution: Manager needs to Apologize to associates and all leadership trained. This is a bad thing

My bill keeps getting sent to the wrong address

I live at 772 rose Ave east, I bought internet service at 1878 Sherwood ave St.Paul MN 55119. for my son's online schooling. I TOLD on two separate occasions that I want the bill to go to 772 rose Ave east because I don't live at 1878 sherwood Ave. I simply am paying for a service for my son. So please get it together. This is so unprofessional. I shouldn't have to keep telling y'all this.

When I call my daughter-in-law comcast doesn't show my name as the caller, they show someone else's number (who we do not know). They refuse to believe us.
