Wifi drops , call center hangs up on you

cant get in contact with ANY ONE wifi service drops every 15 and thes *** hats keep hangin up on the phone and the *** chat assistant is dumb as a box of hair

I need a residential customer service email address NOW. Impossible to find one. IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE YOUR MORASS OF EVASIVE TECHNICAL B.S. TO FIND A RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS. I need to find out why my monthly bill has doubled over the last two years without any change in service !!!

I need to talk with costumer service

I called because my cellphone service and my internet / Wi-Fi service wasn't working right. I called because I didn't know why my service wasn't working and I was getting conflicting information. I called because I didn't know it there was a billing problem or exactly what the problem was. I got some Jack *** that was rude and didn't understand English and wasn't listening to me and told me to Call someone else and wouldn't answer my simple questions and just hung up on me. I tried calling back and I keep getting the same Dam Moron over and over and he kept hanging up on me without even listening to what I was trying to find out. I was losing Buissness and wasn't able to deal with my associate's without any idea why my Cellphone wasn't working. I spent over an hour and a dozen different calls before I finally got someone customer friendly and knowledge enough and willing to help me a paying customer. Being treated the way I was I was really ready to start looking for a new cellphone and internet service providers. I don't know where you get your employees but if if I had been dealing with that person in person and had been treated the way I was being treated I would have hesitated to have knocked him on his *** !! I'm just glad I was finally able to get a Customer service agent that was actually a Customer service person User's recommendation: Find a company that actually wants you Buissness and your money

Billing issues

YOUR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I had a problem and questions about my bill. I called and reached out to the numbers you provided. When I did get in contact with a representative and ask questions, just because I asked a question and did not want to pay the full amount due until clarification could be made about the bill, he put me on hold. Eventually after a delay, I was cut off. Upon returning my phone call, my phone call did not go through because I got a recorded message that told me, my call could not connected as dialed, check the number and try again later. I feel my number was put on hold so it was blocked. Very poor customer service. User's recommendation: Get better systems in place for user friendly help.
